Actual Start Date:
July 08
Been reading your forums for a while, thought that if I wanted to give this a serious effort, I should register, keep a log, and contribute.
Starting Specs:
START July/08
FL 5"
FG 4.75"
EL 7.1-25" can't really get a consistent measure since I started PE :S
BPEL 7.25"
EG 5.5 - 5.75"
GOALS
BPEL 8.0" - 8.5"
EG 5.75(min along shaft) - 6.25 (6.5?)"
BTW, I am starting on the newbie routine. Plan to follow it strictly. May do a mix of JonPop's routine. Wondering if anyone has any specific recommendations to what kind of a workout I should aim for to achieve my goal specs.
Appreciate your input. |

Welcome! JPs' routine is pretty much what I've always done for the entire time I've been doing PE. The only thing I did different was to go to alternate days for the jelq and the stretch and then turn up the intensity a bit. Warm up and warm down is important too so dont forget it.
I can't remember if JP has zinc listed in his supplements, but that's pretty good to include also. The only thing I would ad that's not really talked about much here is: ditch the tighty whiteys (briefs) and wear boxers. MUCH better results for me when I let the thing just hang all day, and the extra stim you get by feeling it swing all day does good things too. At least for me.
Also....and this is just my opinion, a couple glasses of red wine every day tends to make you hang a lot heavier on average. I think it has something to do with that same response that gets your face all red and flushed.
Can't hurt much to try! :-)
Good luck! |

| My routine 3 weeks into PE now consists of:
The newbie warm up and stretches.
100 wet jelqs @ 30 - 60% erect @ 9:00
50 v-jelqs combined with kegels
150 wet jelqs @ 30 - 60% erect 75@6:00 75@9:00
50 v-jelqs combined with kegels
150 wet jelqs @ 30 - 69% erect 75@6:00 75@9:00
50 v-jelqs combined with kegels
Do about 3 - 5 Horse440s for 10secs switching hands to keep balanced
Do about 10 ulis on both left and right hand, each uli totals to roughly 4 squeezes up the shaft.
At some other point in the day, I do some DLD stretches.
10 rotaries counter-clockwise and 10 rotaries clockwise.
10 of some sort of intense sock down-stretch
10 of some sort of intense sock up-stretch
And I always warm down for about 8 - 15 minutes
As of today, I have been doing this routine for 4 days, and have not noticed any pain or negative side-effects... so far. Curious as to what PE veterans think of this routine.

| I don`t know if I fit the vet category, but I think you should back off the horses and Uli`s until you are better conditioned. JMO.

| Yes. Listen to Stroker. You are going way to fast, way too soon.

| At this stage, you should ONLY be doing the newbie routine. No Horse 440's or Uli's. Stick with the newbie routine.
Us vets all know and understand that newbies to the process want to go from average/below average to "HOLY SHIT" in 3 seconds. It simply doesn't work that way. Going too hard, too fast, too soon will only increase your chances of an injury which will only serve as a setback for you and your goals. Just my 2 cents.......
