Hey

Hey Everyone,

My name is Dave and I've just gotten introduced to the world of Penis Enlargement. I've done a few exercises before, such as the dry and wet jelq, but with little to no results. I haven't been able to fully stick to a plan for a penis workout, so I'm guessing that's why I haven't seen any gains. I used to do roughly 20-30 dry jelqs a day for 5 days, and then stop on the weekend. I did this for a little less than a month. I guess I gave up trying to gain anything because of the lack of development I had. I was wondering if anyone could please give me some insight into what exercises I should do to gain penis length and girth? Here are my stats:

Flaccid Penis Length: 3.5"
Erect Penis Length: 5.1"
Flaccid Penis Girth: unknown
Erect Penis Girth: 4.3"

My goal is to reach an erect length of 7" inches, with a girth of 5.5" to 6" inches. Thank you :D

Hi Dave, welcome to the site.
if you read some of the progress threads you will see what we are doing to achieve the gains. For me it least, it took a all day stretch with the German PM and wet jelqing with the PJ. ive since backed off from that level due to lifes circumstances but was able to keep most of the gains.

Hey, welcome to Betterman and to PE. I read your initial post and I've gotta tell you, this is a process that takes time, dedication, consistent effort and tons of PATIENCE.

As Italiananglo69 suggested, read some of the progress threads and you'll see first hand just how long some of our hard core vets have been doing this. This process takes years, not months. I've personally been at this now going on 4 years. The goals you seek are very realistic but it's going to take time. You need to make the commitment to yourself that your going to do this and stick to this if you really want it. Nothing comes in this life for free and that includes a nice, big dick!

You want to be hung? Get busy dude. I wanted to be hung like a freakin' porn star so with that as my motivation, I got busy and nearly 4 years later, I've got a DICK!

Anyway, I strongly suggest your read the newbie routine and if you're serious, start with that and stick with it throughout the duration which is 90 days. Follow the routine EXACTLY as it's written.

Welcome to betterman dave. What I suggest is taking 10's advice and starting the newbie routine that can be found here A Beginners routine for NEWBIES.

Goodluck and hopefully results come your way
