Hello everyone ! I've decided to enter the PE experience. This will be the diary of my cock.

Current stats :

EL : 5.1
EG : 5

Goals :

EL : 7
EG : 5.5 / 6

My routine :

JP's routine 3 days on / 1 day off. To date I used then to do 2 days on with another routine I bought on a website ( wasted money) / 1 day off. Now I guess I just will stick to JP routine.

I don't know however if i should switch to 5 days on and 2 days off.
I would like to know if some of you were able to achieve considerable gains without using any devices. I'm realy not interested in PM and PJ, only if they are a must-have.

I was also asking myself what were the effects of each supplements proposed by JP.

It's been over a week now. And I already see and feel girth gain ! I Like the veiny look of my cock, it's heavyness. And I also noticed that my testiculs look bigger and stiffer. Don't try to rush it, you'll shoot yourself in the rear. With any kind of exercise you need time to recover.
Professional bodybuilders workout every day but work a different muscle group every day. So....they go heavy, but give any certain group nearly a week to recover. You need to give your dick the same kind of consideration.

Yes it's very possible to gain 2 inches in length without the use of any devices but it would be hard and require alot of dedication. If it's mainly length results your after you could try making your own hanger it's quite easy to do. Hanging is probably your best option if your after length gains

Well that's encouraging. I'll wait anyway to get any device, till this routine doesn't give my length gain. For know, things are working fine. Love the routine, the sensation, the shape my cock is taking.

Some technical questions :

until a few days I did my stretching with the ok grip under the glans, but it brang all my skin with it ( hence hair on the shaft and turkey neck BTW didn't understand how to get rid of that); now i really hold the grip just underneath the glans, my skinned pulled towards the base (i'm curcumsized) : i have the impression it stretches less but i'm doing it right, really pulling on those ligs that are quite powerful. Little update.

Things are going fine, this routine is great. I've decided not to measure my dick before the end of the month. But I think I can visualy see girth gain, and maybe length gain, unless it is the illusion created by my more powerful erection angle due to Kegels. I have added add 50 Jelq / 30 V-Jelq serie a few days ago. Oh, and I just discovered I had a 6:00 LOT instead of a 12:00 . But it doesn't affect me since, I see gains.

I wanted to know how to get to correct a slight curve on the right. I heard you just have to press while jelquing in the direction you wish, but I want to be sure, because I heard you could hurt your ureta in some ways.

Oh and did you guys manage to really correct your "turckey neck" and hair on the shaft. Strecthing your penis skin for ten minutes, seems so boring and unconfortable.

I've been asking myself why people say V-Jelq are "intense". I think I stick up well to JP description on how doing it. What is the precise effect of V-Jelq ? When I do them, it seems like I could go on for a hundred, whereas for Wet Jelq, I feel it would be harder.

Hey everyone

Here are some news :

The good one : I've learn friday that I have succeeded in my exams, I will enter this september one of the best business school in Europe !

The bad one : I've havn't have any significant gains neither in length or girth I'm a bit upset. I mesured the day I learned for the business school, hoping it with concord with a new penis. Unfortunately ?

Anyway I'll keep one doing the routine. I was hopping it's true at least some newbie gain. It's funny because it seemed to grow bigger every day. It's maybe because I lost weight, and my erection angle is higher.

But I won't give up now, and I am still grateful to PE for my erection angle and hardness.

However, has anyone experienced what I've experienced : no newbie gain afert 1 month and a half ? Should I use devices ?

I have personally found that PE is more than enlargement. It's basic organ exercising. When you do the Exercises and Kegals, for good muscle strength and coordination. That in itself is a reward. The enlargement of the organ is a Bonus. You may get more satisfaction in recognition of the progress that isn't always seen.

Hi everyone,

Here for some advice. Lately my peing has been really bad and irregular. I had so many things to do in the past two weeks, that I basicaly stopped peing. And in the past month, i have been doing this on a irregular basis too.
And no real gains I would say.

So, a few questions :

The fact that I have stopped, does it set my counter back to zero ? I mean, like I must wait another three months to start advanced techniques, and gains ?

Can I begin advanced techniques ?

Should I buy devices ? For length, for example ?

Do you guys have any tips, in order to spare time for peing ?

Buy the way I ran out of those supplements (multivitamin, zinc), is a problem ?

It all depends. By irregular, what are we talking here.........like once a week? twice a week??

Your clock will only be set back for a smaller period of time. You don't necessarily have to go back to the newbie routine BUT, I wouldn't recommend jumping into advanced techniques and exercises until your dick is FULLY conditioned. Have you completed the newbie routine or have you been irregular with that?

I wanted some advice for a non-newbie routine. I finished my three months newbie routine.
I wanted to know if some vets had a special combination of exercices picked in the advance techniques to require me. For know my first goal is length.
