Question about my gains

Ok....So I've been pumping since June 3, and its close to my 1st quarter....I measured myself while I was in the tube and I reached 7 1/2 comfortably now. I started out at 7in. And probably stretched to 7 1/4 in the tube...but since I measured myself outside the tube it seems that I still measure 7in. no gains in girth either....

now my theory is.....see my drawback is, I don't do PC Kegels, so could it be that my pc is only strong enough to pump the same amount of blood it is used to, not allowing me to see my full gains? Can anyone second that?

You really should have a heavy manual stretching program as well. I like to do my normal stretching routine before I pump, and jelq in between sets. I think that you will "find" more length if you stretch first.

I've always considered pumping to be a supplement to PE instead of an exercise. It seems pumping would help more after a good established workout as a cooldown technique. Does anyone agree? I would like to start pumping sometime next year if my gains start to slow.
