Unhappy Damaged penis from Jelqing?

Well, i started jelqing not to long ago, Only did it Two days and i wont do it again.

I did it the incorrect way, I was in a rush i guess...

I performed it when it was fully erect because i didn't have the patience for it go back down to a half erection - 5-6 minutes.

(twice) once one night, and then the 2nd...

After that i tried to have an erection before sex it was kind of hard.

so i started eating a little healthy, more fruits.

Erection was back, and decent, still felt like i didnt have much control over it.

Now.. I have to play with it a little to get it up, but it wont stay up for a while.

Prior to this i never had a problem with having erections.

What could i do for this? Did i damage it?
should i see a doctor? i dont really have the money to see one, but what could i do for a problem like this? Am i overthinking it?
Should i let my penis heal for a few weeks before any sexual activity?

I had sexual intercourse after 2 days after the jelqing it was kind of hard to keep an erection, but i managed and sex wasnt that great, i didnt last very long because the thought of becoming soft was present.

I'm honestly scared shitles. i'm pretty young, at the age of 20 i cant be taking viagra everyday just because i cant get an erection.

Any input is welcome, negative positive, whatever.

i need some help :) thank you

The standard thing in this situation is to rest your unit; you have probably overworked it.
The vetrans have seen this before, if you have an ongoing problem you may consider pm ing one of them. Otherwise br reassured that this has happened to other people and has been cured by rest.

Hi, i'm long2Blong and also have an issue, my erections are good and at this point in my life everything is ok, however, i have a lack of feeling in the "usually" most sensitive area of the penis; on the lower half just below the head... just recently I have tried to personally diagnose a reason for this and have found a few scar like lumps in the urethral area here. Are these lumps normal? Do all men have them? Or are they a cause of over zealous P.E.? I am worried they may become bigger cumulatively. Can anyone else NEW to P.E. and veterans lightly massage this area and inform me of what they find there... am I the only one with these lumps? Are they natural? Are they a problem? Can I reduce them in anyway? Or even remove them entirely WITHOUT SURGERY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE could someone help me with this as it is beggining to interfere with my health. Thanks L2BL

As for Samsung2. In agreement with Pegasus. Rest is vital, also try a more natural form of P.E. - Ballooning. But rest periods are MANDATORY. A good weeks rest is a good idea before testing your body. By your age you should know your body... Perhaps a contradiction to my previous post :D. Take things slow. And take care.

I don't know how long you have been PE'ing but it sounds like you are overtraining and most likely using techniques not recommended for newbies. I've been PE'ing for 8 months and still only use the basic exercises found in the 90 day beginners routine.

If you have been doing this for a while you may need to consider a long deconditioning break to repair any damage you may have. If you think you were over zealous then it's most likely your were.

Have you been warming up/down? Maybe just focus on jelqing for 100 slow reps and increase it every week or so.

Days off are important imo. Just heal up for now, wait for morning wood to come back.
