| Is precume during a workout good, bad, or neither? I have been breaking in The jelq device over the past month, and so far I love it!
My routine goes as follows:
warmup
I get nearly 100 percent erect, then do a few kegels and let my erection subside to around 65 percent.
5 minutes using the jelq device
I get my erection level up to almost around 95 or 100 percent then do a few kegels and let the erection go back down to 65 or 70 percent. this takes 3-4 minutes.
5 minutes using jelq device.

Again i will increase the erection level again for good circulation and do some more kegels.

I notice that early in my second set of jelq device i will have noticed the precum, and by the thirds set i will have a lot of precum.
Is this good or bad or does it even matter if i have precum. would it help or hinder workouts, even though its just a sign of being very stimulated?
