Although I'm cut, I find it very helpful to use a cock ring to hold what extra foreskin I have while jelqing. I have tried a metal, leather strap, one designed by the CTC Company[/u] - which I found personally too wide to jelq effectively - and a thin rubber cock ring.

Of all of those I found that the thin rubber cock ring works best for me. For one thing as my penis expands, the rubber cock ring expands which still allows for good circulation.

Bulge here, Don't judge anything for a couple of weeks.
I'm snipped but had a similar problem because of hand jelqing earlier. You will begin to "fill out" and then the extra flesh will not be as much of a problem. Give yourself some time, at least a couple of weeks, then go from there.
