A few questions before I buy...

Hello Everyone,

I've gone over some older posts and had a few questions answered, but I also have a few questions I still need a little help with. Sorry but I have a few questions. If anyone or a few people can answer these, I would be grateful. Here goes...

1. For those who have a curved penis, but natural and not from peyronie's disease, does this device help with the curvature? Anyone notice any changes?

2. If it does help with the curvature, how would you use the device? For example, let's say it curved to the right. Do you use the rollers on the sides of the penis (rollers are vertical, not horizontal) and roll sideways?

3. Also, which method is the best to gain size in girth? Rolling from top and bottom, or on the sides? Or both? Anyone have any tips that help with that?

4. Can we apply as much pressure as we want or does the device automatically squeeze a certain amount of pressure? I noticed handles on it so I'm assuming the user can apply the amount they want, but I've also read a few posts where people were complaining about injuring themselves... which, I got to say, is rather scary. I'm wondering if they were doing it wrong and applied too much or maybe they did it when they were fully erect, which I can see something going wrong.

5. Any problems for those of us who are not circumsized? Do you have to pull back on the skin or can you just roll over the foreskin?

6. For those who have been doing hand jelqs, but never used the device, how much should I start out with? How many minutes a day and how many days a week?

7. Finally, how soon would you see results if you were consistent with it? Would people see visual results (without a ruler) in a month or two? Or is this something that needs to last six months to a year?

Sorry for all the questions. Thanks ahead of time for any answers.

Hey there and welcome. I can't answer all your questions as I'm cut and I don't have the curved penis thing goin' on so I can't help with those BUT, I've been using the JD consistently as my primary means of jelqing now for the past 3 years or so and I LOVE it. I use it to work the top and bottom of my shaft and my results have been amazing. Tried using it to work the sides but found that to be very awkward so I quit trying.

As for the pressure aspect, you'll want to do what feels comfortable to you. If you're just starting out a PE routine, DO NOT use the jelq device. This device, while simple in design, exerts ALOT of pressure on the penis. An unconditioned, untrained penis is going to get injured if you use this thing first. You'll want to read up on and follow the newbie routine for the first 90 days or so (or whatever the time frame is, I can't remember) and only after you've conditioned yourself can and should you introduce different methods and tools to your PE regimen.

I myself use the JD with about an 80% erection. Some say this is too much of an erection but this is what I'm personally comfortable with and used to and I've gotten the results I personally wanted. I apply alot of pressure as well however, my dick is fully trained and used to the pressure so for me, no big deal. For you, however, newbie routine FIRST, JD and more advanced exercises later.

As for the time frame to see results, every guy is different and will see results in his own time. You should see some newbie gains when you first start out but those begin to fade after a while once your penis adjusts to the stimulus of being exercised. The greater point here is to not give up and have patience. This process does take time and you shouldn't expect to see XYZ results in a specified amount of time. Generally speaking, you should have SOME results after completing the newbie routine. It's important to understand also that after the initial set of newbie gains, the gains do come but they come at a slower pace and are harder to achieve. For instance, I've always been a hard gainer and it takes me twice as long to see gains. I've been at this process now 4 long, dedicated years and only NOW do I see and feel a permanent difference in not only how my cock looks, both flaccid and erect, but in how it feels.

So, there you have it. Hopefully I've answered some of your questions. Perhaps some others who've have the curvature in the penis and the foreskin can comment on your above questions.

Good luck to you in your PE quest.

Hello 10, thanks for your reply. It was very helpful. I am curious, if you've been at it for 4 years, what are your stats? What did you start out with BEFORE you started and what are you at now? And what did you achieve in a year? To be honest, I will give something about six months to a year, but I don't think I could dedicate THAT much time to it. Maybe I'd stop and return to it after several months, but I'm not really looking for much growth. I'm at about 6.5 in EL and about 5 inches in girth. I'd like to gain about an inch in girth (and from what I've read, people see more gains in girth which is one reason why I want to buy this device) Would you say that's true for you or from what you hear??? As for length, I'd be happy if I was at about 7.5. So adding about .75 inches would be fine. I find that women don't really like a long penis, and tell me that anything longer would be too much, but I feel like adding an extra inch or a little under wouldn't hurt.

With that said, I don't think, or should I say I HOPE that I can achieve something close to that within a year.

Also I've been doing hand jelqs from time to time and I've also used a stretching device for a couple of months. So perhaps I don't have to go through a newbie routine. Also I wasn't planning to use too much pressure at first and would probably go slow at first.

You said this device puts A LOT of pressure on the penis, but isn't that really based on the user? A person using it wouldn't have to do that.

So thank you for the advice and answering some of my questions. I guess if I were to ask one more thing, I would ask this: if you could tell a newbie (but someone who's been doing PE for some time now) anything that you learned over time, maybe some things that aren't widely known but something you learned from others or figured out on your own, what would you say? It could be diet, oils, method, duration, rest, anything. Since you've been at it for so long I'm gonna assume you probably know what you're talking about so I'm lucky to get this chance to avoid mistakes.

Thank you again for your time.

Since I'm a newbie (started JPs routine mid Sept) I'll add 2 cents worth.
I started using the JD last month and I like it. My JD is homemade, I replaced the foam already because the first one didn't seal real good at the slit end and eventually opened up. I bought the homemade one by mistake, found it on EBAY and thought it was the real deal (the seller refunded my money because he didn't state it was homemade). Although this happened, I used it and like it. If I started over, I would purchase one here on Betterman because the rollers look real good in quality.
Anyway, I get a good Jelq with the JD. I don't do the sides, tried it and it hurts a little, also doesn't move very much blood because of the muscles on the side of the dick.
After 5 minute warm up I'll use baby oil gel and do 25 slow jelqs with a minute rest in between to allow the erection to subside. The erection comes from forcing blood into the shaft, not from arousel. I do 5-6 sets of 25 for about 150 total.
I end up with a warm down for 6-8 minutes with a rice sock (works great). Sometimes I'll add some manual jelqs and v-jelqs at the end, or maybe some Ulis. My dick feels heavy and fatigued after a good workout. I never had a hanging flaccid dick, I always had a turtle head that stuck out about 3-4 inches with lots of skin around the turtles neck. Even though I'm over 7" bpel, I never liked my flaccid. I'm also curved to the left and upwards, I'm hoping I'll straighten out a little although the upwards is great for sex.
In the month that I've used the JD, I definitely feel some girth and vein growth. For curvature, I v-stretch against the curve, the v pulling from right to left along the shaft.
The device is easier on your hands and your tool as well. Hand jelqs hurt a little at the base because I feel a little lump there when I jelq hard. This is not the case with the JD.
And finally, for all it's worth...it appears from your questions as if you're looking too deep into this. Just get one and your questions will answer themselves in a few days. Good luck!
