So I've tried out the device and I find that the rollers don't roll. Instead of rolling over the penis, they stay still and it's more like I'm pulling on them over them penis. I thought the rollers would easily roll across the shaft of the penis. Is this the way it should be or is this thing not working properly???

The rolls are not supposed to roll; what they do is that the foam comforms to the shape of your shaft, which allow for a nice ammount of even applied pressure as you jelq. Put some baby oil on your johnson, practice your technique and (safely) jelq away.

As W.M.P. stated no rollage is necessary. As they do wear out, if you put rubber bands on the sides, you can rotate them wear you want them to get the most use from them before reordering.

i actually use a kind of foam called mobility foam.

Very hardwearing and i believe much higher quality than the original.
