as - due to your help - the bruising has finally disappeared from my cockhead.

Now, I'd like to have a routine or an excercise plan for the jelq-device so I will be able to avoid that kind of injuries in the future and gain as much as possible in the shortest amount of time

I was looking for a topic here at betterman, but I couldn't find anything related.
If you have a routine for the jelq-device or can post a link to a topic dealing with this issue, then pls help me.
