Hello my pm is broke(bought from pmdevice.com)
Hello

Ive bought the pmdevice from pmdevice.com but the problem is that is broken on one of the side who hold the pm together and without it i cant stretch. I cant buy parts from pmdevice.com(it sucks) but i wonder if i can buy spare parts for penimaster from another site??

What have you tried? Who have you contacted? You say the site sucks?
How long have you had the device? We need more details from you in order to help.

Ive emailed pmdevice and they said that the dont sell spare parts and i just thinks that just sucks, not the site och the device(sorry if you thought i said that this site sucks). Ive bought it early in december 08. I just want to buy spare part that can hold up the device when im stretching.

Do you still have your original paper work? The PenisMaster is guaranteed and they should replace any broken parts within the warrenty period.

My PM is also broken within 1month's usage. But I bought from this site and thanks for the effort from big Al, I got a complete new set with extra payment of USD30.

I've been informed that faulty parts are replaced free for the life of the warranty- you pay only for the shipping & handling.

The base of my Penis Master broke where the extension arm connects. I have everything but the receipt 3 years later.

I did however so cleverly; take a rubber band and apply to the base and extension arm and fix my poor Penis Master instead of buying a whole new device.
