Enlargel and SSRIs

Hey guys, just one quick question. Is it safe to use enlargel while on a SSRI treatment? (Right now I'm taking Paroxetine aka Paxil).
I've done an extensive research about all the contents in Enlargel and the only that worries me about taking it at the same time as Paxil, is Yohimbe.
After research I understand that Yohimbe is not the same as Yohimbine, but Yohimbine is present in Yohimbe Bark (it is actually the active ingredient), although the content of Yohimbine in Yohimbe is relatively low.
In many sites I found out that people take Yohimbe to treat sexual dysfunction caused by SSRIs and other anti-depressives and in some other sites I found that Yohimbe acts as a MAOI (Monoamino oxidase inhibitor), which cannot, under any circumstance, be mixed with SSRIs. So what do you think?

I've worked in the field of Mental Health for several years and my opinion is to stay away from ANYTHING that might have even a remote chance of interacting with your medication. I have seen several cases of people who took stuff that was clearly against the recommendations of SSRI's and they're still paying the price years after the fact. About 5yrs ago, a client who was taking medication for mild depression, decided to take some herbal supplement to help with his libido (it contained Yohimbe amongst other herbs) and he had such a massive anxiety attack, that he had to be hospitalized for a couple of weeks to stabilize him. Ever since then, although he's gotten better, he's always grappled with recurrent bouts of anxiety and depression that take quite a toll on him every single time. If you're concerned about possible sexual side-effects from SSRI's, talk to your doctor about a possible switch to Wellbutrin, which is an NDRI (nor-epinephrine dopamine re-uptake inhibitor) instead of an SSRI (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor). Apart from having the opposite effect on your libido that many SSRI's do, it also has other pleasant side-effects such as loss of body-fat.
