| jelqing for 5 minutes a day i was wonder if i jelq with the power jelq for 5 minutes a day and a 100 jelqs will give me results. i got x4 as an extender so i bout the jelq device for girth because i have really small girth. i am 4.5 in girth and 5.5 in lenght. |

Don't want to over condition your penis to fast.

| Would say 4.5' girth and 5.5" length is a litttle under average, but not "very small". |

| The question of pemanent results, is subject to a lot of conjecture. Even after years of training, a prolonged layoff(YEARS) will result in some loses. Most long term vets, who have reached their desired size, do some maintaince.
You should regard ,the small amount of work you are doing, as the first steps on a long journey. |

Talking about exercise in general though, a little is better than none. At the very least you are conditioning, for when you have more time. |

| I have to agree with Pegasus..I have and use the jelq device, my time(s) are limited but if anything those short or quick sessions have helped me to condition myself for more. When time allows, I'm can do up to 500 jelq's in a session...awesome!
Do what you can when you can...remember this is not a race.

| Don't worry JP...I pace myself...sitting in a hotel room, you have nothing but time to practice! Basically, I'll do 100 jelq's with the JD, 100 V jelq's manually(hands); I do 5 sets....gives one a really good workout.
In between trips, I just do what I can when I can. This has help me with working with the JD device and experimenting with different lubes.
It been fun!

I usually do, 3 days a week for about an 1hr with a mix of clamping, I get a good workout of it. But the key is consistency. Its no different than trying to lose weight, if you stick with a plan eventually the lbs. melt off. |
