| Girth routines. So i've been looking for some girth routines to add to my workouts but i'm not sure which ones to do. I've been on the beginners routine for about 3 or 4 months and i've seen some gain in length but not much in girth. can any of u vets give me some advice on which girth routines to do? |

| Hey ta1ent, just keep on doing the exercises. The girth gains WILL come.
That you've seen gains is a plus. The longer you do PE the more benefits you will see. Just have patience. Good Luck and keep us posted.

| I have found for me, girth takes awhile. 1/4 in 10 months for myself. However, length came quickly, 1 inch so far. That much more motivation for hte next 10 months, which if it grew at that rate would put me at my goals. |

| I would do the beginners routine for 3 months, at least. During my first three months, as I felt I was getting more conditioned, I added a few more reps to some exercises, but otherwise stuck to it. |

You can prioritize your girth work by cutting back a bit on direct length work. This will allow you to do more girth work and it won't cut into your recovery ability. IMO, the best girth movement you can do is the squeeze. |

After 6 months i have gained 3/4" in both length and girth. I focus on girth but I guess I'll keep on doing my jelq and ULI routine and just wait for the gains to come!
I want to start hanging...I hope to get the BibStarter hanger soon sometime within the next week or 2. What weight do i start with?

| I'd say no more than 5 pounds because you have to be careful as hell when/if hanging or at least I think so. |

| Also make sure that you don't hang for too long, at any one time... |
