how effective are these types of devices?????Anybody see real results?

These devices have been usefull to a number of members in conjunction with standard (hand)pe methods. They are not so effective is isolation imo.

Yeah, the best usage of a tension device is to wear it after doing manual stretch, manual jelq and maybe squeezing (and warmdown). That way, you use the tension to drag already limber cells into dividing, and also to heal microtears in a stretched, beaten state. And that can be a very effective addition to a PE program.
