Alright so I use PM device from time to time and whenever I do put it on there's a part between the shaft and my sac that seems to get some kind of cut or skin irritation; especially when I bend it downwards.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about? And if so can yall tell me what I should do?

I took an old washcloth, folded it in half, long ways, and cut a crescent shaped hole about the size of a quarter in the fold. You can enlarge the holes with your fingers to fit snugly against the Ball Sack and base of shaft.
I slip this over the shaft, longways, up and down.
Then I put on the base of the PM.
