Hello!

I've known about this place for awhile but I typically stuck with the PE Gym forums since that was the first place I found.

I've done PE for about a year and a half now. Unfortunately, I never took starting stats so I don't have an accurate measure of gains. Throughout the past year however, I've stayed roughly the same...any increase has been due to fluctuation of EQ. On average, I am 7.5 BPEL and 5.1 EG.

I simply plan on using this site as another resource of knowledge to get the most out of my PE. Thanks

I have done a TON of different routines, varying from light to hard. Currently, I am experimenting with no warm-up/down clamping. A member over on the PE Gym forums has done this style for awhile and has had great gains.

20 slow OK jelqs (roughly 5-8 seconds each stroke). I consider this my "active" warm-up really.
Then 2 sets of 10 minute clamping. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll go to 3 sets.

I edge once a week for 15-20 minutes, depending on how much time I have. I also do 50 kegals every "ON" day.

I do this routine Mon-Fri, with Sat. and Sun. as rest days.

I'm OK with my length...I wouldn't mind getting up to 8 BPEL one day. I'm a very big guy, about 6'3 240 lbs when fully healthy. I workout out all the time, and for as big as I am, my girth just feels proportional to me (though I know it's average/fine). So, I tend to focus more on girth!

EDIT: Crap, I hit "Reply" on my post above instead of "Edit". My mistake.
