I have done a TON of different routines, varying from light to hard. Currently, I am experimenting with no warm-up/down clamping. A member over on the PE Gym forums has done this style for awhile and has had great gains.
20 slow OK jelqs (roughly 5-8 seconds each stroke). I consider this my "active" warm-up really.
Then 2 sets of 10 minute clamping. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll go to 3 sets.
I edge once a week for 15-20 minutes, depending on how much time I have. I also do 50 kegals every "ON" day.
I do this routine Mon-Fri, with Sat. and Sun. as rest days.
