I had an intense jelqing session today with the help with some porn and decided to add the penismaster for about 30 minutes after the almost hour long jelqing session. I warmed up (10 min) AND warmed down (5min) with a rice sock and helicopter shakes after but I just noticed a "clear" blister a little under my Meatus (urethra). I think I went a little too hard today. Im going to take a few days off while still hot wrapping and light stretching to see if it goes away but should I be worried? Is it possible that the rice sock was TOO TOO hot? when I warmed up and down? Please advise.

I just have a quick question. I'm on about my 2 week of JonPops newbie routine which is for 5 days straight of stretching and jelqing which I do Monday-Friday and then 2 days off for rest which I do on saturday and sunday.

My question is this: On the resting days, am I supposed to rest completely? Or can I still just do the stretches without the jelqing? What I currently do are kegals and during hot showers warm up, do the stetches to all directions with kegals and helicopter shakes, then I warm down for about 5-10 minutes all in a hot shower.

Should I completely rest on off days and do nothing at all or are the stretches ok to do?

Update at start of 5th Week of Newbie Routine

Here is a new update. I have been doing the newbie routine and I am on my 5th week as of 2/1/10 and have NOT used the PowerJelq device or the PenisMaster. I was not ready for that. Here are my new stats with ONLY manual jelqing for the past 2 weeks:

I think I have been jelqing the wrong way since Ive been doing it palm UP. I just saw a video that had it palm DOWN so Im going to try it that way since it looks like you can get deeper into the base. I also just received the "Exercising the Penis" book and it has a lot of information and examples of all the beginner, advanced, and expert exercise/routines which I will use when I get to that point but it is a really good book.

Im going to measure again in 2 weeks to see whats up then im going to start adding Uli's for girth and one more addition length exercise. I'll keep you all updated.

Thanks for the props. Yesterday was the beginning of the 6th week so I decided to start including the PowerJelq device in a rotation that goes as follows:

Im gunna go at it with jelqing and add some advanced girth exercises for a few weeks then report back to you all. What advanced girth exercises would you all recommend for me to do? Advanced Length exercises? Im in my 9th week of PE'ing so my penis should be conditioned for it by now...

Reading that article about the Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length (BPFSL) that Big Al put up got me excited since ive gained about 3/4 inch since i started back on 2/1/10.

Hey red, saw you at the Gym. You've gotten some good gains in your 9 weeks, just keep on whit what you've been doing. When you stop seeing the gains, is the time to change it up. You might look into my 3-part dry Jelqs.

Thanks for the support JonPop. I been good at keeping up with it since I do it all during a hot shower after I workout. Do you think since I'm working out and taking supplements such as
N.O.Xplode before and NitroPeak Protein After and the fact that my testosterone is at it's peak, all this might be also contributing to my gains?

I will look into the 3-part dry jelqs but I suppose they will help with girth right? Thanks! I'll be hitting up betterman and the gym periodically from now on sine the gym is a little too hectic and crowded for me! Lol.. Thanks!

I built a real simple hanging device. Just get you a clamp and drill a couple of holes in it. Then get a small bungie cord and loop a 5 lb weight around it and hook it in the 2 holes you drilled. Start with 5 lbs then work your way up. Do 3 sets of 15 minutes at first to get used to it.

I found this waterpump online. What do you all think about it? I sounds like it works and im really interested in adding it to my routine. I read one of JonPops articles about pumping in water. Would this be the same thing? This is especially made to use in a tub even in a shower. What do you all think? As of today, Im adding some girth work to my routine. I do this now and will for the next few weeks the see whats up.

5 min warm up in hot shower
5-10 min stretching (JonPops newbie routine stretching)
***added v-streches

60 manual jelqs with 35 v-jelqs
*rest about a minute*
60 manual jelqs with 35 v-jelqs
*rest about a minute*
60 jelqs with Power Jelq device
*rest about a minute*
60 jelqs with Power Jelq device
*rest about a minute*
60 manual jelqs with 35 v-jelqs

***added ULI's
1 30 second ULI, rest 30 seconds, followed by 1-30 second Double ULI.
rest 30 seconds...

I do this for a total of 6-30 ULIs,

After this, I then edge for about 5-10 minutes

Cool down with COLD water for 2 minutes.

Thats my routine. I try to do it M-F with sat. and sun. off if time permits OR i do it at least 2 days on, 1 day off if I notice i dont get morning wood.

One thing, before i start jelqing, I use Enlargel to get the blood flowing and also after my routine when i wash off, i put on some more Enlargel for recovery.

check this out. I am also working out to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. I am 25 yrs old, 5'10" and 190lbs with BMI at 27 and 17 % body fat. I have lost about 20lbs as of Jan. I work out 4-5 times a week and normally end my sessions with a 10-20 minute walk with intervals of light jogging. I take N.O. Xplode before I work out and NitroPeak Protein afterward. I drink a protein shake before bed and when I wake up. My question is this: Since I do my PE'ing after my workouts, with the testosterone flowing and supplements I take, will this contribute to my gains?

By looking at my gains, are they fairly the usual in 2.5 months of PE'ing?

My LOT when starting was 6 o'clock and apparently if its a 6, gains are harder and come a lot slower but I think Ive made good gains since 2/1/10. However, Ive noticed that when i stretch down and Kegal during warm up stretches, I now feel a slight tug at 6 o'clock when at first I didnt. Is this normal JonPop or the whole LOT theory is really just a Theory?

*rest about a minute*
60 manual jelqs with 35 v-jelqs

***added ULI's
1 30 second ULI, rest 30 seconds, followed by 1-30 second Double ULI.
rest 30 seconds...

I do this for a total of 6-30 ULIs,

After this, I then edge for about 5-10 minutes

Cool down with COLD water for 2 minutes.

Thats my routine. I try to do it M-F with sat. and sun. off if time permits OR i do it at least 2 days on, 1 day off if I notice i dont get morning wood.

One thing, before i start jelqing, I use Enlargel to get the blood flowing and also after my routine when i wash off, i put on some more Enlargel for recovery.

Tell me what you all think.

4 days straight on this routine and I still get morning wood and strong erections. My girlfriend actually noticed my increased length and girth last night, i actually made her SQUIRT FASTER than normal and the start/stop kegal exercises and edging are starting to work since I was able to keep myself from cumming at least 5 times so It will get better as the weeks/months past by.....I think i might take 2-3 days off to recoup then start back up on sunday or monday OR IF i wake up with a good woodie tomorrow, then I do a 5th straight day and rest sat. and sunday.

Do around 5-6 sets with low to moderate weights with about 15-20 reps and you will lose all kinds of weight. A few years ago I helped a buddy of mine who was competing in a bodybuilding contest and he did so damn many reps I thought I was going to die. I ended up losing a little weight and I wasnt even trying.

Yeah. Low weight high reps is to cut and high weight low reps is for strength and mass

todays exercise:
5 minute warmup
10 minute stretches
100 5-second jelqs with PowerJelq Device (SO, D, L, R, U)
5 30second Double Ulis while edging
5 minute edging
2 min cooldown with cold water.

Felt good afterwards, flaccid penis looking longer, fatter, and thicker everyday after routine
erect penis super veiny, hard, longer, thicker and fatter...

I also do 10 sec Jai Stretches and a 30 sec SO stretch everything i go to the restroom throughout the day

Tomorrow is day 5 before by 2 day rest in the weekend..

I remember reading your supplement recommendation for PE'ing. Well i just ordered and received a multi-vitamin called OPTI-MEN. Can you check it out and check if this will suffice what you recommend? Thanks!

I added the PenisMaster Extender to my routine. I use it for an Hour after my routine and today was my 3rd day. Hope it adds to my gains! :)

The PM is very good and I think you'll not only like the device, but also the gains that come with it. Just be careful not to use it for too long on each session or at least that's my take on it. 30-45 minutes is usually my break period, followed by some massaging and then at it again.

thanks for the advice. Do you use the noose or the "comfort strap" I use the noose. Need to find something better to wrap my penis with. It came with some silicon ring bout 1" wide that I cut and use as wrap for the noose which itself has a silicon cover/sleeve for it.

I'm not a fan of the word noose and old slick in the same sentence, so here's what I do. I use the rubber strap that it came with and then wrap slick in some medical gauze. He never gets irritated and for the most part, it's more comfortable than cutting a piece of cloth from an old shirt or something like that to get a good wrap. I've tried several things, but the gauze is cheap and easy to use, so now that's a reminder to go choke slick for 45 min or so! :)

Man you should also try hanging. You get a real good stretch and I think is more intense than other methods.
