Exclamation 1/4 inch gain in 6 weeks

in length, is this is a good gain for the time? I am only exercising twice a week.

Yes, and if you had worked out twice that amount it could have been 1/2". Workout time is not entirely relevant to gains but it sure does help.

eg. if a guy works out for 30 mins a day 5 times a week thats 2 1/2 hours time under tension.

If you only do 1 hour a week he has 2 1/2 times more stretching pulling squeezing.

Now all things being equal he would gain 2 1/2 time more than you. But fatigue, recovery, healing time that needs to be taken into account. But from experience the fast gainers that go onto have massive gains over a period of a few years put the work in. JonPop put in 2-3 hours a day, which obviously he built up to over the period of a year or so. But his gains are legendary.

I decided to go on a Monday-Wednsday-Friday early morning before breakfast routine and see what happens. I seem to be recovering much faster now that I am no longer chocking it to death

Thats what I do..3 days a week. I do a warm up of hot wrapping/stretching/kegels. Then I do the Jelq device/Kegels and Clamping. I do this for about 30-1hr every other day.

I am losing a lot of weight, I am down by 8 lbs since January and my dick appears bigger but only because my crotch pouch is shrinking however measuring it shows no gains since the last 1/4 inch but I am definately a lot harder and when I cum after a long intercourse my recover time is like 30 seconds and I don't even lose my erection. The wife is loving it lol

Not bad actually...it makes me look forward to PE sessions..lol. You get pretty tired after a while just Jelqing for 30-1hr..lol

What I have seen is veins coming out of my dick..even with a mild erection..it looks pretty good, clamping is probably the reason for that. So I like what I'm doing so far...I plan on adding the length extender in the future..

I took a week off PE I started again yesterday and before starting I measured while fully erect and I am super pleased to say I am at 6.5" the girth remains the same. I believe that PE is working really well for me plus the weight loss and working out is helping a lot as well.

I am starting to gain girth, my wife commented about it both when we are having sex and when she is giving me head so I decided to measure and I have gained a little under a 1/4 inch. I use metric to measure as it is in smaller increments. I was not planning on gaining girth. I feel that anymore girth may not be desirable.
I could not read my wife's reaction to the girth gain, she did not seem too pleased or displeased, I did not want to push it at the time and ask what her feelings were because I don't want to be disappointed by her answer.
She is always very honest with me.
Should I eliminate certain exercises to stop further girth gain? I really just want to get to 7.25" in length.

You seem like you are really thick enough! I am sure your wife likes it thick, but just like anything else in life, sometimes too much is too much. I like a thick penis also but I am not sure if I have ever had one as thick as you. It is great you and your wife have an open relationship and she is willing to tell you how she feels about your making your penis bigger. I think there are numerous exercises you can do just for length.

I finally managed to ask, it was an appropriate time, she says she is happy with it but she did not want to say anything because she is worried I would be offended or maybe I would take it as my old size was not good enough which she said was not true, never thought of me as small and have always been very satisfied with my size and performance.
She says if I never started PE she would have been just as satisfied, it is not how big it is, it is how well I use it. To me this is great, I married up, my wife is drop dead gorgeous and 10 years younger than me. I am totally happy!

Whether it is an improvement in EQ or actual length gains, .5" is quite an awesome bit of growth, so congrats to you. In terms of your concerns about gaining more girth, chances are you're still gonna get a bit thicker even with a 100% length-focused routine. I'd say do your jelqs at a lower erection level and focus more on stretches so you can target more length.

15 minute Warm up with very hot towel.
Kegel stretches 30 reps x 2 sets in each direction.
Wet Jelqing 100x4 maintain 50% erection.
V-Jelqs 50x4 maintain about 75% erection.
Very Slow single hand jelq fully erect while holding a kegel 10x2 for each hand (I feel those are really helping me with length) but I am no expert. I measured right after those and I was at almost 6.75 inches but I am not that long when I normally have a full erection!!
Kegel Stretches 15 reps x 2 in each direction.
10 minute warm down with very hot towel.
I do this twice a week. Please note that I do kegels a lot the other 5 days, in the car when I am sitting down at my desk, I range anywhere from 300-400 kegels average a day on my off routine days!


On another note I am seriously considering getting liposuction for my crotch area, I have lost a lot of weight and I am working out like crazy but that spot is annoying the hell out of me and I just want that fat all gone.
The Dr. said he could liposuction it to zero fat and tuck the skin so it would not sag.
What do you all think of this?

A friend of mine had lipo and I'd say to avoid it. Granted she's OK and all, but I'd hate to see fat growing in other areas of the body and then have something else to worry about in the future. I'm probably the last person to give positive advice on most of the cosmetic medical procedures that are out there, but hey that's just me.

Yeah, looked into it and thought about it some more and I am off the idea but man do I hate this fat around my crotch area. I am down to 14% body fat and starting to show good detail all over from working out yet when I use the caliper on that area I can easily pinch an inch of fat. It is nature's gift to me I guess

Took a 10 week break, just felt like it I guess, my cock started looking smaller at the end of the 10 weeks but it might be all in my head.
I started back 2 weeks ago and I was honestly afraid to measure in case I did lose size. I measured a few minutes ago and I was very happy with the results.
I am now at 6.8" long and 6.5" girth.
This is not bad I feel that I needed the break, it was getting tedious to sit there and play with my cock 3 times a week. I am now again on the every other day routine I am going to keep at it till I hit 7" in length. I hope that won't be very long. If I can hit it by the new year I will be very pleased.
I do want to note also that I have lost another 8 pounds since I last updated my cock status in my sig last April, it is possible that the weight loss may have contributed to increase in length.

Pause in Length gains

LOL the funniest part is the stupid infomercial, it is a fucking joke.
Anyways, I have not made any length gains in size since end of August, I have gained a little girth.
I seem to have plateaued when it comes to length but I am not giving up, the health and strength of my penis keeps getting better with PE even though I am not gaining any length, even when I was 18 my penis didn't feel as strong or hard and I am 46 now. I believe the length of my penis is directly related to losing weight and since I have not lost anymore weight and I still have that ugly pouch around the base of my penis, weight loss might be key to getting to 7"+ in length so I am going to start again on my strict calorie count.
I have not made any changes to my routine, what sucks is some weeks I only managed to PE 2 times, I try my best to go 3 to 4 times a week but hectic work schedule and family needs sometimes make it impossible to spare 40 minutes to get PE done.
I was hoping to hit 7" by new year's but I don't see it happening at this point. I would be pleased to reach it by next June. If anyone has any suggestions I am all in to try something new to make some length gains.

Took 10 days off to give myself a break, I started again and today after the first day back I measured and I had gained no length but gained Girth in the base of my shaft. I am very frustrated with this result, I realize a lot of guys are after girth but I am not I want 7"+ length real bad but I seem to have plateaued at 6.8" length
Should I increase the stretching and reduce the jelquing?

Thanks man, I was frustrated the other day when I posted, I am greatful for PE because regardless of size my penis is better than when I was 18 in shape, hardness and health.
I have developed incredible stamina and longevity during sex so I shouldn't be complaining, I do want 7" in length, I know I can get it so I am going to increase my stretching and I believe that will get me to my goal, it would have been nice to get some more answers from some of the PE gurus!

It is just a number, I have been stuck at around 6" for long time now. Frustrating for sure at times. I am shooting for 7 as well, but if I get to 6.5-6.75 i won't be worried. 6.8 will look the same as 7.0. Good luck. I know how you feel/felt for sure.

Been a while since I posted, a few months ago I developed pain in the middle of my shaft after an excercize session and I started to hurt during urinating. I stopped PE totally and after about a month the pain had not gone away. The pain was never when I was fully erect but when I am flacid and when I had got the urge to urinate. Went to a doctor and he had no clue what I was talking about, right away he wanted to give me pharmacuticals.
I did not take the medicine, one of the side effects was reduced sex drive, hell no I am not taking it.
I waited a few more weeks and one day I decided I was going to try and use hot towels and light massages on my cock to see if that would work.
2 weeks after I started doing the 20 minutes of hot towels and light massage the pain is gone.
I started PE again, I am still not at my 7.25" goal but I am happy to report that I broke 7" in length and maintained my girth.
Just wanted to share that bit of info about the pain, in case it might help someone else who may encounter this!
I would like to add that it took 19 months of work to get the extra 1 inch, I have had setbacks due to illness and lost a few months because of the pain I developed but PE is definately worth it, the 1 inch I have gained has given me huge boost in bed and my wife really loves it.
I am going to continue to PE until I hit my goal and hopefully beyond, 8 inches is starting to look appealing, the wife says that might be too much but I am sure since it is so gradual she can get used to it
