every day or not?

I've seen some different suggestions to whats happening to the penis... some says it's the blood vessels that expand and makes the penis bigger, and some says that it's the penis that regenerates and makes new tissue...

anyone knows which one is the right version? my logical sense tells me, that if it is just about expanding, then I should do it as often as I can, but if it has to regenerate, then I should wait a couple of days between my jelkingsessions.

anyone can tell me what they have experienced and if this is a temporary or permanent effect, or is it like a muscle - the longer you have been working it out, the longer it will stay

I don't know the answer to your question but you have to give it time to recover. I went through 2 weeks where I was doing it everyday and it became ram and errections were painful during sex and after I would cum my dick was not so responsive for 10 to 15 minutes.

I found for me every other day works best, I am getting some great gains and my errections are much stronger, my dick seems to get hard instantly between ejacualtions.

Even though I had no desire to gain girth it appears I am gaining girth from PE. I don't know if daily PE is the answer, it did not work for me!

I think it's due to expansion of the fascia, tunica, and ligaments. These tissues will undoubtably incur some kind of microtrauma, so you'll need to schedule rest. This is borne out by the fact that a lot of men seem to make their best gains after a period of rest.

3 times a week is a good place to start. As you advanced you can work up to training more frequently.

One thing that doesn't get discussed too much is VERY advanced training. When you can get to the point to where you're training very intensely, you'll need to start training less frequently in order to allow full recovery.

it seems like my penis dont swell up as much as it did in the beginning when I jelk... could it be that its more optimal for me to do it 2 times a week instead of 3?

I know it takes long for small increases, but this seems to be going the other way..
