10 and Lifted are correct. I was overtraining. I woke up this morning around 3:45am to a GLORIOUS THING... a 100% throbbing stiff dick! I thought I had rolled over on the dog... but remembered "I don't have a dog"!!! LOL
OMG, I couldnt have been happier. After admiring the stiffness, I fell back asleep only to be awoken again about an hour later with either another raging hard-on or who knows... maybe the same one just trying to get my attention again to show off that he had been hard for an hour!!! LOL GO LITTLE MAN!!!
I dont think I am going to rush things. I believe I will give it another two or three days before starting slowly with the Newbie Routine again. I now know the meaning of PACE YOURSELF.
What a horrifying past 5 days. Looking at the little trouper and thinking I might never have my "Man of Steel" back... but a little twitch of life last night while surfing the internet gave me hope, then when EMHO woke me (Early Morning Hard On), I was very VERY relieved.
Boys, take it from me... overtraining will scare the willy's outta ya! Take it slow if you are just starting out. Or even if you are like me and THINK you are conditioned to take some advanced routines... 3 weeks is DEFINITELY NOT 6 weeks. Follow the lead of the veterans. They have been there before. Listen and learn and GROW!!!!
