I combine body-weight exercises and weights with healthy amounts of cardio. I'm 34 now so muscle does not come as easy as when I was 19. I'm basically training to live a healthy life, where I can keep a full-time job, stay active, and keep my ability to get rock-hard boners so I can give it to my girlfriend as long and as hard as she wants whenever she wants. I'm not concerned with bodyfat % or anything like that. As long as I'm managing to keep a slim-athletic build while being able to indulge on some Pizza and Burritos here and there and not have to buy pants larger than a size 30, I'm on the right track.
