Welp guys....I was sparring in the ring yesterday and through a bad punch, which lead me to dislocating my shoulder. It was the worst pain I ever felt in my life. I waited for 45 mins for the ambulance to come while my left arm was dangling. No one at the gym knew how to pop it back in. So they finally came and took me to the nearest hospital. I had a cute doctor who spent 20 mins dealing with me screaming like I was giving birth
while she was putting my shoulder back in place....then when she finally got it in.....it fell back out again!!! which tripled the pain.....I had to take a breather...I thought I was going to pass out...she gave me a shot of something to help losen my muscles...(she said I had alot of muscle mass, which made the process a little more difficult). and she popped it back in. I barely got any sleep yesterday.......hopefully I can sleep today....its not a bad pain....but its constant and annoying...and I'm just upset that I can not work out....I don't know how long it will take for me to heal.....does anyone know?
