lol okay yea I am a little clueless about this thing. How about his revised routine? Is this safer as well as effective? Thanks for your help.

1. Newbie stretching routine
2. 60 Wet Jelqs
3. 30 2 Way Pressure Stroke
3. 40 V Jelqs
4. 40 Uli
5. Warm Down
