Okay I'm restarting PE from a 2 Week break. Taking your advice, here is what I plan on doing.
1. warm up in shower
2. 100 wet jelqs
3. 100 V-jelqs
4. 50 Dry jelqs (once I learn how to do them)
7. warm down
