| Here is a question for the forum.
Never mind looks for a moment, what sort of fitness level should an average joe seek. Especially as he ages. Personally I am happy with my strength, but having a think about what kind of cardio I want to achieve.
As often happens I am not impressed with the sports science on this. According to the stats,the average 40 something, is able to jog along at a decent pace for a couple of mile. Well I don't think so. Most 20 somethings would find this hard. Unfortunatly, this leaves me not knowing what is a reasonable aim. |
