| I can walk on a tredmill, 2.5 to 3 MPH on a 7-10% grade. Not bad for a 45 year old man. I have to stay in shape becuase im diabetic. This is the best way to keep blood sugar in control. The worse thing for a diabetic to do is sit on his or her ass all day long. I lift weights and my job is physical to. Tring to pare down on is my blood pressure though a bit way to high.
