You drink alot of coffee lifted? My blood pressure is a tad high too so I was told by the Doc to lay off all the coffee I drink. I was averaging a pot a day. Now, I'm down to 1 cup per day and that's it. My last reading I was 131 over 85, not bad but not ideal either.
