Well of course.
However I didn't have a goal at this time re cardio. So I was casting around asking opinions in order to formulate one.
For that matter there is no definite answers on this thread, only peoples thoughts on physique etc. Which is what I was asking about re cardio.
I have come to a similar thought to strocker. I have no interest in being an endurance athlete or doing large volumes of cardio. This is a basic level and very achievable, for that matter I can just about do it now. Lots of people have a lofty goal they never achieve. sometimes it pays to stop and think before seting a goal.
