Yes I see this a lot both 1 and 2. I lift slow and deliberate. If I have to look wimpy doing so, well then i look wimpy. Take the momentum out and you save your joints and buld strong lean muscle. Perfect form all the time. Jerking the weights up and down only looks impressive to morons.
