Forgive me, but I believe that teenagers ,should have enough basic flexibility and strength, to do an unweighted squat without instruction or training. I have just tested my 8 year old and she can. It is not a complex athletic skill.
It speaks to our failings as a society. For god sake you cannot go to the toilet in most of asia if you can not do this.
