| Ok wait a minute here, I just realized what you are all talking about. We need to add a poll to this one... How many people can squat all the way to the floor and keep your heals on the ground with your knee's in tight (Right?) and what is your age?
I dont take any special flexibility vitamins nor do I do yoga or regular stretching. I can do the squat, I can also lay on my stomach and pull both legs back and hold them against my butt. The massage therapist said that most people my age arent that flexible, at the time I was 25. I am 31 now and still having no problem.
Am I misunderstanding what the objective is? I know that women tend to be more flexible.
