I just started taking policosinol to hellp lower my blood pressure, been on it 3 days. It seems to start taking effect in 3 days.

Polycosinal research was paid for by the maker, a bad sign.

Urge anyone taking statins to take q10, many of the side effects of this drug, appear to be caused by it knocking out this anti ox. Since taking q10 as well ,statins have worked well for me.
