I remember back when I worked at GNC, one of my co-workers was in this body-building kick and started taking "advice" from all these body-building mags, such as following their "bulking" diets and stuff.............and BOY did he have a hard time getting rid of the massive gut he grew!

Poor guy was really stubborn with the idea that he could do the same as those IBBF guys but without the juice.

Those guys will eat like pigs, grow a gut, then do a "cutting cycle" and BAM! They go from fat to ripped in no time.
