I wouldn't say I've got central obesity. I have had more than one person tell me I look very well proportioned and I'll admit, I'm pretty solid in my mid section, I just have a thicker layer of fat over my abs than most. Sucks but it is what it is. I do try and monitor what I eat and how much and try and eat small portions but always find myself hungry. It really kinda sucks.
