Now I am fairly lean, but not ripped. The reason, the muscles show through the thin layer of fat, is that there is enough muscle to do it. That is, muscle size in the ab muscle, is rarely thought of. But if you don't have it, you won't show abs even when lean. In very rare instances people have a a problem with this, I remember a bodybuilder called Boyer Coe. However, most people can develop their ab muscle, without great problems. |
Got to do them crunches, best done when you tilt your hips towards you navle then lift your shouldes slowly off the Swiss ball tell you scapulas are well off the ball. Try to keep the ball still. I see people use momentun when doing ab work. Momentum nills your efforst roll those shoulders foward very slow.
Also reverse crunches, fold those knes, lift your hips towrd your navel. You do not want to feel this in the thigs, if hyou do your working the thighs not the abs. do 3 sets of 10 to start do lower abs first, theb do 3 sets of 10 for the upper abs.
