I would suggest starting with one of the routines on this forum at a level that's challenging but not too difficult and documenting your training in detail. A journal should reveal more than just exercises, sets, and reps- it should reveal other things like intensity, how you react to certain exercises, tracking measurements,
PIs, etc. Keeping a detailed journal would also allow a more experienced trainee (such as myself) to evaluate your regimen in detail and to prescribe the proper corrections (if any).
