Hey guys, i was just wondering if there were any exercises which especially helped your flacid state, and if there was a particular way, length first then girth, or if it doesn't matter at all....Thanks

Flaccid Length. Taken from the "Just an Observation" thread.

We all want to be showers, just the male nature.
These exercises will help you get and maintain a nice long and thick flaccid.

These are to be done whenever you urinate or whenever you want that nice weenie dangle.

Any time you have the privacy and you can get hold of yourself, try these.

After you finish going pee, grasp at the base and milk the remaining drops using 10 or 15 dry Jelq's. Grasp behind the glans and do 5 to10 circle stretches to the left and then to the right, pull out hard. This will get your flaccid stretched out.
Then, the real key. *Helicopter shakes.

Wanted to add to this: Yes, these are PE exercises and as with all PE, what you put into it is proportional to what you gain. Do these as a conscientious routine and as with all exercises, it doesn't happen over night. But if you want a longer, fuller flaccid hang, what have you got to lose?

I'll go through this exercise with you.

*Grasp your penis at the base, palm toward the belly, place your thumb on top of the base and cradle the underside with your index finger. With your remaining fingers, cup your balls. With a motion like twirling a key ring, twirl your dick around fast, for a count of 20.
That's it. You do these 3 steps whenever you go pee or whenever you want to have a nice hang. Do these faithfully and within no time, you will be hanging down your leg all day. I don't know what it is, but the Helicopter shakes really do the job.

Great stuff. One quick question regarding the newbie routine...you say for the first week to do five days on and two days off. Is that something you should do all the time or is it just the first week? In other words, after the first week is it fine to do the routine seven days in a row?

Hey, Danny. The whole idea behind the "Newbie Routine" is to condition your penis. I recommend doing this routine exactly as written for the whole 90 day program. Doing the routine 5 days on and 2 days off is to give your penis a chance to rest AND grow. This is where most men see what are called Newbie Gains. Remember...You can't force your penis to grow, only encourage it to grow. If after a full 6 weeks on the program you want to incorporate the Power Jelq Device, start easy with about 100 slow, quality reps, AFTER doing the initial routine. But, do the entire routine before starting any advanced exercises.
Never do the routine 7 days in a row. You need time to heal. Overworking your penis will defeat what you are trying to accomplish. JP

Nope. These are stretching exercises. The shortness of duration requires no warm up.

Hi guys, I'm new here.

I have read this newbie routine and one thing i still cannot picture is the v-jelq. Could someone please post a pic on this. The way i understood it is very difficult and i'm thinking i must have understood it wrong.

It says "underside of your shaft resting on the V". Does this mean it rests on one arm of the V (the fourth finger) or on where the arms of the V meet?

Hey guys, I just finished a PE routine when I noticed I had a case of turkey neck. My flacid is 4inches, rather small and the turkey neck goes up maybe 2inches on the shaft. Will stretching down on it cause it to go back to normal or is there anything else?

You can try stretching your balls back and your penis up but it will hurt. That's the only way I have heard of getting rid of it besides surgery. I just live with it and hope it doesn't get worse, stretching occasionally. Just have fun with it, flap it around around and make little "Gobble-Gobble" noises around your girlfreind and yourself. Draw a little picture on it or get one of those lickem' stickem' tattoos and put it on, I used a spider web one and became "Spider Penis" and chased my girl around threatening to spray webbing all over her. Just try to make it work for you

I've been using a 2-stage cylinder for a couple of weeks now. I have a lower hang all day. I also have a larger load. I am semi- most of the day since I've started using this cylinder. FYI.

I must add. I've been pumping for a few years. When I re-read this I found it to be mis-leading. Sorry.

I think most guys do consecutive days, but as long as you get the rest that's what's important.
