Time sounds good, I think you want to spend 30 to 60 minutes to get a good workout.

The spots should go away. These should be just little spots though, if they are large red ones then lay off 'till there gone.

Question 1 - I would say that would be a personal preference.

Question 2 - I can't remember a medical term for that muscle. It must be a commercial name.

1. i was curious about masterbating before or after jelqs or should i wait a couple hours after

Hey everyone!!!

I just recently started back with PE and am excited about it!!! I have a question....

When I first starting PE I was doing the jelq excercises with all of the different strecthing techniques, then I got the jelq device and started doing more advance techinques (having done manual jelqing for a while).......

I am finding it very difficult to maintain a semi-erect state to properly do the routines that I do. My penis is highly sensitive and quickly goes over 90% very frequently and takes a long time to become somewhat falcid again. I am not sure what to do. Either I keep going or constantly stop and wait (and I already know that it may not be good to use the jelq device with a full erection). I have a very busy schedule and constantly starting and stopping uses a lot of time....

Has any one experieced that before and how have you handled that?


Also, has anyone seen any gains in length and girth from just using the jelq device?

If I get a full erection while using the jelq device I lighten the pressure. When it begins to become flaccid again I use more pressure. The erection state is in constant flux and I just adjust the pressure as I exercise. The only time I stop is if it goes too flaccid which is rarely a problem.

Hey there.! im in my second week of PE and I have a doubt. Today, I did my normal routine, and after jelqing, i felt a very slight discomfort in my balls, it is barely pain, just discomfort, is it normal? i was thinking maybe its because i dont have very low hanging balls, and i did it in a cold place so they were a little "tight", and when i jelq i pull a little bit of the scrotum so mayge im squeezing my balls from doing this??, im going to try not to pull the scrotum skin, maybe this will help, has this happened to anyone?

Probably just stone ache or blue balls and should pass. Stretching the scrotum and pressing your nuts should not cause lasting pain, your testicles can retract right into your body if need be.

Just wanted to post a brief progress report on the routine thread. I'm halfway through my 5th week so I am coming close to completing the routine. I have not taken measurements since starting, but I can tell there are some differences in my flacid length and girth. More specifically I never have the turtling effect happen anymore. My erection definitely feels more full and looks more veiny than it did. I'm really enjoying doing the exercises, but I am looking forward to using some of the advance techniques/devises...especially if it saves some time and hand pain. I may have just missed it, but is there a suggested routine as detailed as the Newbie Routine somewhere on here? I will eventually post my measurements on the progress thread. Thanks

Hey jdub, the length of the routine is 90 days. Stay with it. The suggestions are that you can start adding to the routine after 6 weeks. Now would be a good time to get the JELQ device and start incorporating it into your routine.

I definitely intend on sticking with it as I do see some improvements over the short time I have been working out. I would assume I would not substitute the jelq device in place of doing the jelq exercises by hand? Instead just add a routine that involves using the jelq device along with the hand jelqs?

Finished my first full week of the Newbie Routine. What's the general consensus on stretching on off days. I do understand that days off are needed to heal and grow, but does that include stretching?? If stretching is OK on off days, should it be a "light" stretch day OR is it OK to do a regular stretching routine?

So as I mentioned before I'm just about finished with my sixth week of dedicated Newbie exercises. Noticing a lot of changes and I think I know the answer but my LOT has definitely expanded from 6 to 9 with the pull definitely getting weaker at 12. These are all good signs I would assume? I will be purchasing the jelq device, but I think I also want to go with the extender as well so I can do more stretching.

Have any one can help me about the penis enlargement? so far in the forums i see that penis master machine is the keyword to gain inches.. is that true or any suggestion?? but i don't wanna do penis exercises just want to take pills and get this penismaster so that they can exercises for me. i can give 4 hours a day to penismaster.

Hi Mercent, before you think of purchasing the penismaster you have to do the beginners routine for newbies, its in this same thread, just at the beginning. The reason for this is that the penismaster will put too much pressure on your penis and you might get hurt. The beginners routine will condition your penis for this kind of effort. Anyway, the penis master will only help with length and you don't want to end up with a straw for a penis do you? lol. So I would recommend doing also girth exercises so your penis grows proportionately. So start with the routine and do it for at least 90 days and THEN your may consider buying the penismaster and/or the jelq device for girth exercises. I really don´t have experience with pills but there is nothing like a magic pill that will make your penis bigger, I trust the exercises. AND BY THE WAY I think that pills only increase blood flow to the penis and that is for GIRTH exercises, and you just want to use the penismaster which is for increased LENGTH!! I hope I've encouraged you to try the exercises. Give it a shot and after you begin seeing results you won´t be able to stop!! Go for it!
