Hi PeterPiper welcome to Betterman. Where should you start ? Well basically this thread contains the basic essentials for you to start conditioning your penis whilst hopefully gaining length and thickness during the routine.

Hey all, I've been doing PE exercises pretty seriously for about a month, doing the newbie exercises for about 2 weeks, the other 2 weeks were an exercise guide I downloaded randomly.

I have noticed little spots on the head, which from I read earlier in this thread, shouldn't be a concern and should go away after awhile. I have a feeling that it is just popped blood vessels or something from jelqing.

But, on the shaft I have also noticed little red spots, about 6-7 max, are those a cause for concern or no?

Hey everyone, still have the curve to the left went and tried thunders routine and realized this routine gives me more benfefits. I think the curve problem happened or was exacerbated by my incorrect v jelqing (the pulling to right and left still confused by this video anyone please?) so I decided tho just pull up and try other ways of stretching and bending the curve. Glad I tried another method and realized this works better for me (v jelq helps girth).

Ok, my LOT is 6:00, and if im not mistaken that is ABSOLUTLY horrible, but if i stretch i should stretch up, i think, im not sure if im supposed to stretch at all, because ill serisouly have like 0 gains, does having a LOT of 6:00 pretty much mean to throw in the towel and stop trying to get length gains, and go focus on girth or somthing, please help me lol, im new to this forum

Now that's not the Betterman mentality. You'll find a lot of guys here have a low LOT including myself, but as long as you're persistent you can accomplish your goal.

I started with a LOT at 6:00. Didn't slow me down a bit. By the way, my LOT has moved up to about 8:30, now.

i apreciate ur kindness and ur right its a bad attitude but honestly im just trying to be realistic as possible, im sure if im persistant and work hard i can achieve it. but idk bout an entire inch in less then one year,

Well, congratulations Steve. Good job. You did all 90 days?
If you decide to get a device, I'd recommend the Jelq Device. Especially if you are going for girth.

Work it into your present routine, starting with around 100, slow Jelqs.
Continue with the newbie exercises, just up the amount of everything.
You can go to the advanced exercise thread and see what fits.

JonPop, on the newbie routine, how many kegels should we do during the day? Is the only point of kegels to reduce pre mature ejaculation? And also, is it ok to have sex/masturbate like 20 minutes after completing the newbie routine?

Well kidd, if you are doing the newbie routine correctly, you should be doing 100 kegels in the stretch and hold portion. (25 with each direction of stretch) You can and should do Kegels during the day. Around 100 a day would be a good number for you.
No, Kegels are not just for premature ejaculation but to strengthen the BC muscle for erection quality and the PC muscle for prostate health.
If you choose to masturebate, that's up to you and sex? take that whenever you can get it.

Kegels are something I noticed get easier after just a few days. They're actually pretty good now at pushing blood into the unit.

hey, just wanted to update you guys on my program. I started the newbie program and got a thrombessed lymphatic clot and it just won't go away, so I have stoped the jequling but have continued the kegals and some streching. I have not gained any girth, but went from 5.75" BPEL to 6.5" BPEL since 6-10-08. I did some research and the clot should go away on it's own if it is not agrevated, but can only make it a week without touching it or giving it to the wife. I'll stay in touch and let you know when things change.
By the way, how do you guys set up the signeture at the bottom of your post that shows the same thing every time. thanxs in advanced. (I LOVE P.E., this shit really works)

Hello
I had a question regarding Kegels.
As a weight lifter one does should not work out the same muscle day after day. Usually a 48 hour minimum rest period is reccommend before working it out again. Since Kegels strengthen the BC muscle would it be overkill to do as many as 500 everyday? Should you follow the same basic priciple to let the muscle rest? (Exceptions being cardio training and Ab training which you can do everyday)
Just curious what you guys think

The latest feeling among the more experienced PE'rs is; Doing too many Kegels can effect erection quality. In this Newbie routine, I recommend 100 quick Kegles during the stretching part of the routine and no more until the next day's routine. I believe 100 Kegels, spaced out over the day is about right.
