| Helicopter shakes are just meant as an active break between sets. All you do is grab your dick and twirl it around like a helicopter blade. Pee pulls are just a basic stretch done throughout the day, eg when you go to pee. V jelq is harder to explain, jp has done it far better than I can, have a look around you will see he has explained them several times in different threads, you can use the search button at the top of the page. |

| Couple Newbie Questions I have a couple questions about the PE. I have been doing the Newbie routine for a week now. I am taking the recommend supplements. Is there any updated info on the supplements. I read some where that taking L-Lysine and L-Arginine is a waste because one knocks out the other. Is this correct?
Currently i am working out 5 days a weeks, abs, back, chest etc. Will this have any effect on PE gains? Does anyone have any tips on losing that fat pouch around penis/groin area. I plan on running in the mornings when it get warmer, which should be in a couple weeks in Florida, or tomorrow. The weather is weird here.
Question about lube for Jelqing. I am using baby oil right now. Anyone know have any recommendations, or know what works best. If my signature works right my stats and goal will be listed at the bottom. I plan on measuring on the 1st of every month to kept a accurate log. I heard the term cement your gains, how does this happen? or do you have to keep doing PE for the rest of your life to keep the size you want?
Well thanks in advance fro any advice, an sorry for this being a wall of text

| Help, Advice! Hi readers, im a newbie in the website and i have been doing PE for over 2 weeks, too soon to check for gains so i havent even bothered to check but i have a few questions in which i need your help and expertise.
I started 1 week with warm up, 3 minutes stretching, 80-100 jelqs, 20 slinky(5up, down, left, right) then 20 Jelqs 90% erected, for the slinky and erected jelqs i used my cock ring to hold my penis blood then i use my hands to perform the movements....
2nd week i went a bit deeper and now i do 15 minutes of jelqs after hot wrap and stretching, 60 erected jelqs(using CRing) and now also fully erected i did stretches out and inward moving the blood withing my penis apparently for lenght gains. Both weeks i did 6 days, 1 off and im doing 300 kegels daily.
At the beginning it hurt but now not so much, problem is after reading your beginners routine and all that stuff, man i think i went with advance exercises on my routine and i dont know if i should change it to yours or to stay, maybe switch the erected and normal jelqs for the wet ones? add more stretching? cock ring ok to make the exercises easy?
Thank you in advance.
PS: i haven been able to find the food suplements so im taking multi vitamins and lots of omega3 to keep a good flow of blood on my body.
Regards everyone. |

| Whoa! Slow down, you are going to injure yourself. Back off and start on my beginners routine. You have got to condition your penis. Put away the C-ring and follow the routine exactly for the next 90 days, then you can start incorporating some of the advanced exercises you are doing now. Good Luck. JP

JP | Excellent Jpop, thats what i was thinking, i switched to your routine 4 days ago so im done on my 1st of 12 weeks, my Arginine is on its way with so i guess after these 2 days of rest i can start with all the gadgets.
I forgot to mention, on my 2 week advance routine i did an exercise called the Slinky, i performed it around 40% - 50% erected and with the CRing on, doesnt hurt is just to move more blood into cavities all over my shaft and head , i included that exercise onto the newbie routine after all the jelquing but im doing it really easy, not overworking my unit just a little extra exercise performed with mid erection added to your program, do you think this changes all? or if im cautious should be fine.
Also i added half of the stretching routine before i do final hot wrap, more like a cool down, loke when you go to the gym and work out, i do a final stretch but is only half of the original.
Regards and many thx for your advice... |

| Avoiding turkey neck and excess foreskin Hi JP and everyone!
I have just started on the newbie routine a couple days ago, and it's going great. But I have read that I might get a "turkey neck" and excess foreskin if the skin stretches faster than the penis itself. (I'm uncut so I already have enough foreskin )
Can this happen with the newbie routine?
Any recommendations on how to to avoid it?
Thanks! |

| I just completed the first 5 days and noticed my ligs seemed sore at the base of my penis. It has been two days off so far but I'm afraid it will just return. Is this normal or am I stretching/jelqing too hard? |

| Are you thoroughly warming up? Ease off on the pull. This routine is designed to condition, if you are sore, take enough time off to recover and start s...l...o...w.

| I think warming up is fine, I just don't know how much pressure I should be jelqing with. One a related note, it seems difficult to maintain a state of "30%-60%" erection. Also, the skin where my scrotum meets my shaft seems to get in the way while wet jelqing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

| You should be warming up at least 10-15 minutes. A rice sock is great for this.
Use only enough squeeze to move the blood bulge from the base to the glans.
This skin is called "Turkey Neck". Pull it back with your fingers, grasp at the base, do your Jelq and then do the same with the other hand.

| I'm still very confused about the V Jelq. I want to try this, but I want to do it correctly. I have NO idea what you mean by "cupping" your hand, and its relationship of whether the palm is facing the sky, or the ground. I've noticed others being confused about this, but "cupping" your hand does not answer this concern. I wish there was a video or illustration for this.
Thank u millions! :)
(P.S.- I've tried doing a search for "V" jelq (s) but it omits the 'V' automatically saying "that word or phrase is too general to do a search on etc etc" (I'm paraphrasing). I'm just trying to figure this one out, HELP)

| I have read that you should do 5 days on, 2 days off. Is this just for beginners? Because with lifting weights, its optimal to have 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 on, 1 off...this allows you to have rest between workouts. Would it be beneficial to apply this to PE? I used to PE a couple years ago, stopped, but now I'm back in it, doing the Newbie Routine again. Thanks! |

| I think either will work if you're just getting back into things. The 2 day on and 1 day off with regards to weights is better due to the intense workouts that some folks do. I usually do 1 or 2 days on and then a day off with my regular body workouts. |

| I would say yes, but go easy and make sure you are not too erect when doing the exercises. |

View the JP as a conditioning program and precurser to the real work, however a lot of people gain 1/2"-1" in length due to improved EQ and other factors. For the supplements, I cycle them every 3 months, but you can do what you feel is best for you. |

| I'm completely new to PE and I'm planning on starting this routine. I'll make a few modifications though regarding the supplements: Supplements I will take: Multi Vitamin & Minerals Whey protein Supplements I will skip: Super B Complex - I believe I get enough B vitamins from Multi Vitamin & Minerals. Zinc - I get 22 mg Zinc from my multi vitamin & minerals. L-Arginine - I get about 800mg from my Whey protein. L-Lysine - I get over 2000mg from my Whey protein.
Any comments on my modifications?
Oh, and another thing, are there any videos of the exercises in this routine? I wanna be certain that I'm not doing anything wrong. |

| hey jonpop I'm back to this great site. i bought a house and put PE on the back burner due to house remodeling and work, but I'm back. I'm glad to say that after 6 months off I didn't loose any of my gains. im still at bpl 7 and girth 5.25 goal is 8 and 6. so my question jonpop is that if i should start back with the begginers routine. |

I will say yes, start back on the JP routine and condition the penis. This PE is a slow jog, no need to hurry up and break anything. |

| Just a quick question about this routine. I'm into the 2nd week of the routine and I've noticed some soreness along the top of pubic bone, right above where my penis shaft goes in. It isn't anything unbearable, but it is noticeable. I'm assuming this is normal with regards to the ligament stretches, but just wanted to check. I've also noticed that I seem to have some better blood vessel definition on my penis, especially near the base. Again, I'm assuming this is normal. Otherwise, no problems so far. |

| Hi...just finished my 5th day on the beginner routine. Not sure what to expect...but I could have sworn my dick was harder last night than I remember it. That alone is a plus. I am not even trying to think about gains. I will be taking the next 2 days off as recommended, but really can't wait to get back at it! It truly would be awesome to add an inch or so to my length! One can only hang in there and hope...all pun intended. |
