Pills can help you. If your body is shy if certain chemicals, you will not get the gains. How do I get gains? By eating healthy foods like veggies, goat cheese (Feta) salads, brans, fish, limited red meat which is full of zinc, chicken not fried. You only need meat 3x/week. Plenty of water (min. of 8 glasses/day) and lots of exercise, including kegels.
Now suppose you are lacking Testosterone. You cannot get gains until your body has enough of it to work for you. This is why it is important to have the "balance".
L-Arginine,and L-lysine are amino acids designed to help sexual needs. Zinc is absolutely necessary for males, and saw palmetto helps keep the prostate glan healthy. Dr.s do not know why it works yet, but it does on prostate. So as you can see, it is a total program you must get on and stay on for a larger dick.

Welcome to Betterman! That sight has some good info on exercises(jelq, kegels, etc...). I'm not sure if the pill stuff is legit though. The only one that I have heard works (that they advertise) is VigRx, but I haven't tried it yet.

Hey PE, the Super B complex has all of the essential B's that you don't get in a Multi. Your body will sluff-off any excess B-6. Besides if you are a normal active person, you will burn B's quick. But if you feel uneasy, do what you feel is best for you.. These forums are only intended to be guidelines. I am not a Dr. I only play one on PE forums.:D JP

Hey Jonpop.. i think ur beginner routine is great, and i thank you for posting it, one question about the V jelqs.. i find i get a much better squeez when i use mmy index and middle finger.. using my thumb to push down on my index finger, is this o.k? or should i stick to the way you said.

Hi Jon Pop, me again... I'm enjoying the workout but having two problems:

1. V Jelq.. i was doing it with my pal towards me.. between my fingers at thsi angle, it irritates the hell out of my unit.. should it in fact be the back of my hand that i see when looking down rather than palm and inside of fingers??

2. After my warmup, I cannot keep a good grip on my tool while stretching.. i keep slipping forward as if i am trying to devellop foreskin.. drives me crazy. Any tools or tricks you know of to keep the grip? How can you actually grip the penis without skinning making you lose grip? Behind head? At shaft, at base?

No. Cup hand, insert Penis between 3rd and 4th fingers, pull up to Glans. Are you useing enough lube? You want your fingers to slide smoothly for this exercises.

Pull the loose skin back toward base. Grip firmly under the head of your penis. Do not use any lube for these stretches.

Thanks for the replies...

I think my problem withthe V jelqs may have been insufficient lube but also the fact that in the description i have confused how my hand should be. Between my two fingers, it was the sides of my penis which were in contact with the fingers.. i think you are suggesting that it still be the top and bottom...that would make more sense... i try again tomorrow morning.

I also try the pull back skin trick for stretching... thanks man.

Hey JonPop, how long into your rountine do you suggest investing in the Jelq Device?

People that are uncut seem to be having some problems using the Jelq device. Is it still worth getting if you're uncut?

What is it's advertised purpose? I assume all of the ingredients together would make up the 500mg. If each ingredient was 500mg, you'd have a pill the size of a golf ball:D so, no. Take the supplements I recommend. This is all you will need + a good balanced diet. JonPop

You see the problem is that I tried to Order L-Lysine capsules from an American website. They said they could not ship it because it was prohibited in Canada. So I went to a Canadian website, an that was the only supplement they had containing L-Lysine.
I guess i'll get off my lazy ass and visit my local health food store tomorrow.

MM, you can get by without the L-Lysine. But not the L-Arginine.
L-Arginine increases your bodys natural Nitric Oxide, essential to Libido. JP

I don't see why it was prohibited... they didn't sell l-arginine in Canada at the time I ordered my Twin Lab L-arginine caps and they still got to me. Now they've listed the ban on that and I am almost positive that it is ok for l-lsene as well becaue a few months ago i saw it in a natural food health store.. It is true though that they keep lifting bans and then putting them back in place. Generally spekaing, it was frowned upon in Canada to sell single strand amino acids... I think they are more worried about Ephedra right now so it may be a good time to get some l-arginine and l-lysene shipped! :)

One thing that I am unsure about is how erect I actually am while jelqing. It looks like i'm about 50% from the jelqing itself. But it feels as if I'm 10-20%. Jelqing has never felt like masturbation to me, I have never gotten an erection while doing any part of the routine. How do you maintain a 50-70% erection without getting fully erect, letting it go down a bit, jelqing for a bit, going back up to full, then down again etc?

MM,

This is something you have to experiment with. For me, PJing seated seems to keep it at the right erectile % (50-80). When I PJ in the shower I make sure that I have the desired erection % before starting and just keep the pressure on. If it gets too hard, I release some pressure (don't squeeze as tight) and that seems to work. Just experiment with pressure and standing/seated positioning, and see what works for you.

Head Girth and V-jelq's

I'm doing JonPop's newbie routine. My head girth is getting kinda big and I would like my shaft to catch up. Should I cut down on the V-jelq's?

Phew, I was just afraid I'd end up with this huge head and no dick. Okay I was starting to worry but I will just stay with you're routine cause it is working. ive been doing the routine for about a week now i think, and i have problems doing the v-jelq. for some reason its really hard for me, so I just dont do them. I do 150 regular wet jelqs and just skip the v jelqs.

I was just wondering if it was ok not doing the v jelqs. Im mainly concerned with my flaccid lenght and not girth anyway.

also jonpop or anyone else can you please tell me if you have any tips for gains mainly in flaccid lenght.

thanks for all your help. By the way, I recieved my power jelq last week while I was healing, started useing on the 15th. Not real sure if one stroke on PJ is one rep or 2 strokes is one rep, could you direct me on this? Thanks again.

To answer Your question,one complete rep is ONE stroke down the shaft (jelq),and return to the base.

Now that You have the JELQ tool,start with slow,concetrated jelqs,and gradually increase the number of reps every week. You will feel exausted or sore at some point,and then You'll know it's enough for one session.

Hey Methodman, Yes. Finish out this week. On Monday, after your two rest days, do this;

After warming, increase your Kegels to 30 in the left, right, up, straight out stretches. Increase your circle stretches to 15 in each direction for a total of 30 each rep. Wet Jelqs remain the same. "V" Jelqs...Do your 30 "V" Jelqs but at about 20 into the rep, use the thumb of your hand not doing the jelq to press against the base of your shaft. As you are sliding up the shaft in your jelq, press down on thumb and push slightly outward. This is a modified "A" stretch. Do 5-7 of these in each 30 "V" Jelq rep. Stay with this routine for 4 more weeks. Write when you have finished 10 weeks. JonPop

Jonpop hello. My main goal is length and I have a low LOT.
I own ofcourse a PJ device but I'm using it for almost a month and haven't seen any length gains (girth gains are obvious).

I'm thinking about buying a Penimaster. What do you think? Also do u have a good stretching routine apart from the 30 mins workout using the PJ device?

welcome to the forum kostakis. Yes, my stretching routine in this thread is a good place to start. You've had the JELQ for a month and this is your only PE routine? Start on my Beginners Routine. A month is a very short time to expect to see any length gains, but glad that the flacid is coming along useing the JELQ. Go back and read this thread, give yourself some time and don't get discouraged. Gains come when they come, everyone is different but usually takes about 3 months to see first length gains. Post your starting stats and routine, if any, in the Progreass Tracking Forum. We would like to watch your progress. JonPop.

Having a Hard Time

Hello,
I have been reading and learned a lot but still have some questions you guys might be able to help me with. I have a problem with getting an erection when i stretch. Am I the only one with this problem? Let me know. Also, I wanted to ask JonPop about LOT. I have a LOT of 6, but it is also very weak at 9. Does this mean i do everything straight up? I also wanted to know what you guys think of the different PE websites. Are any of them worth it, or is this forum sufficient for a newbie's needs.

Please post a thread in the progress tracking forum and give us your starting stats and routine. Don't worry about erections, you will get used to the exercises and soon it won't be a problem.
