Time

Hey guys, how's it hangin'?

I've started doing the beginners routine and I have just one question for now:

How long should the entire beginners routine take? If I follow it to the letter I'm pulling away there for more than half an hour, does this seem right?

150 Jelqs and 90 VJs = 240 Js = 480 strokes x 3 secs = 24 mins plus warm up and warm down so about 40 mins.

First off Welcome to the forum.

Second I belive that this begginers routine should last about an hour. Just take your time and have fun. This isn't a race and it should be done consitently. Enjoy yourself and ask lots of questions, of things you may not quite understand. There is alot of usful info here and a bunch of Vets willings to help guide you down the path of PE. So sit back and have fun. Definetly start with JP routine for your first three months to condition your dick. Then after that you will have enough knowledge of your dick and what it responds to and you will be able to do what is right for you.

Method Man.....What's Next?

JonPop has laid out for you a good routine in my opinion. I suggest that you stay the course. You could, if you like change, turn the device to a vertical position and pull your penis from its sides rather than on top. You need to start applying more pressure using the device unless you have already maxed it out. I still after 18 months cannot max it out pulling from the sides. You should be aware by now of a much fuller feel between your legs during the day and your erections should occur frequently during the night. They should feel strong. On rest days, "willie" should be hanging longer. Using the device can become adictive. Try your best not to do anymore than say 200 strokes in early morning hours before work on rest days so that the penis can recoup. Am afraid I am guilty of not being able to let the device stay on the shelf. So I do about 200 strokes in early morning on rest days. This seems to satisfy me until the next session. These strokes are rather fast and I'm holding the tip while doing them feeling the immense swelling of the head as I pull forward.

Hey Methodman. How are the gains coming so far? You said awhile back that you had purchased the JELQ. Have you been useing the device? You said you were going to wait untill you had finished my routine before starting. If not, now is the time to break it out and start doing around 100-150 slow JELQs after finishing your newbie session.
You might also try "Dry Jelqing" during the day. Not just PEE Pulls.

Still no JelQ device yet guys, but based on your posts, I guess it's time to get one. My last stats update is in my progress tracking post. I only measure once a month.
Is there anything else I should add to the routine itself while I wait for the device to come?

My unit is sore after your routine JonPop, like when I try and do pee pulls I can feel the soreness. It's not pain... Just soreness.
What should I do in this case? Do the pee pulls anyways, or just leave my dick alone?

sorry about the advice for Dry Jelqs. I forget, sometimes, that everyone's Dick isn't as toughened up as mine. If you are sore, don't do any more exrecises during the day after your initial routine. Just stay with what you are doing and when you finish the 3 months, incorporate anything you want, just remember to listen to your body. I've given you plenty enough to work with, so just relax, enjoy and have fun.

"PEE PULLS"

After you finish going pee, grasp the base of your penis in the O.K. grip, squeeze and pull, stretching as far as you can, skin and all, in a quick milking motion toward the Glans. Do about 25 of these each time you finish peeing. This gets rid of those last few drops and is a great girth exercise and modified stretch.

Hey Jonpop, guess you're the man of the forum to come to for advice on routines.

I started disciplined PE at the beginning of january, stayed discipline through until mid feb when i took off on a 2 week trip, where i didn't have the privacy, nor time to continue. Through this 45 day phase from beg. to feb, i was doing about 300-400 jelque reps along with 100-200 kegels.

I took me a couple weeks after getting back to get back in the routine, so that left me with abot a month off of PE, so is started back with the basics of doing my reps again instead of going to a more advanced routine, and i've been doing lots of reps (upwards of 400-500) about 5 times a week.

Then i started incorporating the stretch methods that use kegels during the stretch, and i've also been doing the jelque exorcise that as one hand goes up the shaft to the head, follow up with the second hand halfway up before removing the first. I've been doing about 50-75 of those reps, then continuing on with slow normal jelques at about 100 reps. <----- been doing this exorcise for about a month now.

So im wondering of maybe some more advanced routines since i believe i've conditioned my penis enough to handle the usual workout, and i think i need to push the exorcise a bit more. I have a good feel for when im working out, and know when im doing too much.

So any ideas on expanding my exorcises?

Should I be taking days off if I'm sore. Or is being sore for the 5 day workout period normal.
I've been doing really slow jelqs, your routine takes me 1.5 hours at this point. This is leaving me sore even afer a nights rest.
I'm on the 11th week right now. What do you suggest, 2 days on 1 off perhaps?

Sounds like a good routine. Are you Warming up and Warming down?

Methodman. You have been VERY dedicated. My suggestion;

As you know, being into total body improvement, sometimes you just have to let your muscles rest. 1, 2 or even 3 days, before the soreness goes away and you can resume routine. Take a full 3 days away from PE. No stretching, no PEE pulls. Continue to do Warm UP's throughout the day at least 3 or 4 times. This will help you to recover faster. Continue to do your Kegels. Being that sore the next day is overworking. Let me know how you feel after you resume my routine. And yes, a 2 day on, 1 day off routine would be good. JonPop.

Methodman,take JP's advice. That's definitely some overworking You got there. It's OK to be sore after the workout,but it usually goes away in couple of hours. If You feel sore on the next day,don't do exercises,take some rest,and try squeezing lighter.

Pay special attention at the base where You squeeze hard. You say You're really sore at that point? That's because You are locking the blood in when You squeeze,but You might also hurt something. AFTER the workouts,massage the base area for 4-5 mins.

Jon:

V jelques meaning using one hand with the area between the thumb and forefinger and doing an o.k. sign around the shaft and run it up, then following it up with the other hand while removing the first, etc etc. I've been doing those for a very long time.

And i always warm up and down, usually using the spa for a couple minutes since its perfect. Or a hot shower and making sure the specified area gets attention =P

Ok, tried the v-jelques last night...and i sure hope im doing them wrong because they were definately not efficient as far as effort to bloodflow goes.

With 3/4 erection, lubed up, put penis in between middle and 4th finger with palm facing up, clasped fist, and pull up. Is that the correct way to do it? If so, i would suffice to say this is more of a beginner workout because i tried it a few times and wasn't able to force enough blood through the shaft and up to the head as my other workouts do.

Suggestions?

I think it's suppose to be more of a stretch, If you stop at the glands and pull, you should feel a nice stretch at the base. I do V-Jelqs between my index and middle finger, with my thumb pushing down on my index. I get a better "grip" at the glands this way.
But I mite not know what I'm talking about lol.

sr22, 40-50% erect is about right for these. Even as low as 30% is fine.
I found that if I am too erected...75% as you are trying to do these, that you just don't move the blood bulge as well. JP
