According to my own experience, when the dick is very "spongy", i.e. soft with the size close to the erection state, it's the best time for jelq-ing.

Bulge hasn't checked in at Betterman since New Year's Eve so you may be waiting awhile for an answer from him. As a general rule, most PEers agree that pills don't do anything for size, however, the herbs they contain can increase blood flow and make it easier to get erections even though they won't actually be bigger.

Uber is correct! Increased blood flow by thinning the blood to penis is what most pills do. Aspirin will do this as well. Cialis, Viagra, Levitra all cause a gas to build. This gas in bloodstream is penis bound. I have experienced seeing blue using Viagra.
I still am under the conviction that Rob's BetterMan device is the way to go. Those of us who have LOW Lot will gain in circum. first rather than length. Length will come,however; we have to be patient.High lot guys are going to get length faster and easier. It is their Nature.

Hello Everyone.
I just joined up on this site and i am glad to see that i am not the only one who wants a bigger member. I read the exercises for newbies and i am going to try them. My measurements now are
4.25 inches flacid
5.25 erect
4.00 flacid girth
4.50 erect girth
It looks like there alot of guys who know what they are talking about and are willing to give some advise when I need it.Thanks already.

Im a little confused about the LOT thing. I only feel tug when holding my penis straight up...which I think its 12:00?...but I dont feel a t ug any other way, so what does this mean for me?...how do I do the exercises?

Alright I want to start the Beginner's Routine myself. I just tried it for the first time.

I'm not sure I am doing it right, does anyone have pictures or maybe small video clips of the different exercises? I just dont want to injure myself, as the girlfriend would not like that :)

hi guys

just an introduction really...firstly l would like to say i have been avidly trawling the forum for a while now and have been very impressed with the knowledge i have gained from all the posts...this isn't my first attempt at pe...i originally 'purchased' a 'program' a few years back from one of the many pay sites for about forty dollars (bit wet behind the ears) and gave it a go for a while but gave up...it has always been in the back of my mind to 'have another go' and over the last few weeks searched the net for more info and landed here...i must say from what i have read here pe has indeed come a long way since my initial forty frikin buck program...i just thought i would get my initial newb post out of the way and introduce myself...

hey i am very new to betterman, and i have been doing the routine for about a week, but i have a problem with the wet jelqs. it seems that since i have been doing them i have developed areas of broken skin towards the base. I was wondering if this could be because of pulling hair? If so could it help by just shaving that area? also one more thing the v jelqs should my fingers be on the top and bottom of my penis or the sides?

Pubic hair is a real pain in the ass when jelqing. I recommend shaving it off (carefully!) or using Nair.

For the V-jelqs your fingers should be at the sides of the penis with your palm facing your stomach.

Question

Hello, i have a question on the jelqing exercise. I am having trouble jelqing, obvisouly. It has been pretty impossible to jelq because when i do the second upward push. My penis skin just pulls up with it (uncircumsized). So when i go to start the rep, im practically grabbing my skin. My question would be, do i let go of my penis after each rep?

Just got done doing the routine for the very first time. Was very enjoyable. Almost too much as I kept on having to sit through a 70-80% erection and let my general calm down a bit and get down to recommended levels. Made the routine last longer than I hope to take for PE daily, but I'm sure I'll become more acclimated to the motions and will not excite as quickly.

Ended up shaving the shaft and base after I got done with the routine. Hair kept on getting in the way, and probably cut down on the effeciency of the jelq'ing.

One question that I have, is it acceptable to do the warm up/down in a bathtub or hottub (don't have the latter yet, but is only a matter of time)? I want to have the best quality out of these routines as possible, and have heard that is a great way to get started / finish off.

You didn't mention lube. Are you using it?

A few of the members here, including myself, use a warm shower. I personally don't see any problem with your idea except that a hottub's filter will get clogged with anything and everything you take in there. The water gets nasty and the whole thing is a bitch to clean.

Question High LOT? Loq LOT?

Was reading your newbie routine about the LOT. Just have a question for you. Being that when you do a kegel you are exercising your pc muscle, how do you determine whether or not that it is a high a or low LOT? Does high LOT mean that your pc muscle is weaker or stronger or does low LOT mean that your pc muscle is weaker or stronger. It seems that the adjectives contradict each other for the acronym itself means weak.

When you pull on your flaccid penis and do a kegel it should pull back into your body a little. LOT stands for "loss of tug" and indicates where this loss of tug occurs. Start at 12:00 (straight up) and move down doing a kegel at each position. It has nothing to do with the strength of your PC muscle.

My question was not "What does LOT mean?" or "How do you find your LOT?" but was "How do you label one or the other, high or low?". By the way LOT does not indicate where it occurs but the positioning of your member in relation to a clock, does and it has everything to do with the strength of your pubococcygeus muscle, i.e., PC. For without the PC one could not DO a kegel and would never KNOW that one HAD a "LOSS OF TUG". The lack there of would be the norm and the exercise labeled "kegel" would never have existed.

The only caveat I would add to my answer is that you need to be able to do a kegel to find your LOT but that a high or low LOT doesn't indicate the strength of your PC muscle. That's the only connection the PC has to all of this.
