| This is awsome...sign me up Ok....so I have been reading posts for about 3 weeks now. Each time I get more and more excited about what I read. I knew I couldn't afford the PJ device or the PM though. This was making me a very angry man as I wanted these items very badly. So it's two in the morning and I jump online to read the new posts...just listening to people talk about there gains got me pumped up. I keep saying to myself, "I'm ready to go, this is awesome, I'm really going to do this." Somehow I was going to have to come up with the money for these devices...so I swing on over to my credit card website, already knowing that I don't have enough money on it to buy either the PJ or PM right now, but what the hell, maybe it will piss me off even more and get me really motivated. To my astonishment, the credit card company had increased my limit!!! I couldn't believe it. I have wanted to buy these for two weeks now and out of the blue...an extra 500 dollars. It's a damn miracle. This has got to be a sign from God or my guardian angel that I'm suppose to go forth with these exercises. This is awesome, even amazing...sign me up. |

Does the Kaplan electric really work? I thought about buying one awhile back but couldn't justify spending that type of money. I have used regular pumps in the past but the results were always temp. Is the electric pump different? I also have a slight bend, about 20%, and was going to buy the penismaster. On their website it says that it will straighten a curved penis. What gives? Is this just not true?

| Had first PE session last night Howdy fellow Bettermen:
So I had my first PE session last night. I used JonPop's Newbie workout and it seemed to work pretty good. But it took me forever!!! I kept getting an erection and had to stop time and time again. I believe the routine would usually only take probably a half hour or so...I was at it for at least an hour. I found this to be very tedious and hopefully this will subside very soon. I didn't do the whole 150 reps because it was taking so damn long. Even so, after even one session I could feel a difference. I had a noticeable gain in erect length...which surprised me because my understanding was that you gained girth before anything. After just that one session...I gained .75 inches in length. It's gone now obviously...but it was amazing. Should I contribute this to first time excitement or is this something to be extremely optimistic about? As far as girth goes, my erection was very hard...actually harder than it has ever been, but I didn't have any change in size. I'm thinking I might gain length very quickly now. I can't wait till my power jelq gets here...then we will see what really happens. Thanks, Kels

| JonPops Rountine usually takes me around 48 mins, then I usually take a shower to warmdown. So it takes me exactly an hour most of the time. |

| I starting the program last week. I do the exerises five days per week. At present, I am doing the following routine.
Warm-up: 10 to 15 minutes
Wet Jelq: 150 repetitions
V Jelq: 50 repetitions
Power Jelq: 250 repetitions
Warm-down: 10 minutes
In addition, I am wearing the ring of fire at all times. I am also doing androgel.
My stats are:
Erect- length 8" and girth 6" in the middle.
I am hoping for 9"+ in length and 7" in girth.
Do you think this routine is sufficient to achieve my goal? |

| My daily routine.:
start off with quick 5 to 10 min warmups. wrap in hot towel and kegels
then i follow with 4 sets of 50 wetjelqs and 4 sets of 50 v jelqs
And i shower for warm down. I do this 7 times a week. |

| d1nh. Start on my Beginners Routine. You are not doing the exercises correctly. AND, you do not want to exercise 7 days a week. You need time off to heal and grow. Go back and read, read my posts again.

I'm new here. :D Just wanted to sign in and let everyone know how excited I am about this program, I just started JonPop's Beginner's Routine Yesterday and I'm feeling confident, can't wait to see some results, I'm not going to measure again until the 3 months of JonPops routine are done, hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised.

| This is for all the newbies starting with JP's begginer's routine :
Let me tell You this : I'm in PE for over a year,and I did stretching before jelqing using many different techniques,but one week ago (mainly because of getting bored from same old things) I started using "circle stretches" and "helicopter shakes".
I was totally suprised. Those stretches gave me better pull than any before.
I must admit that I changed them a bit,I do 25 strong kegels with each pull,and then 25 strong circle stretches after for a total of 4 sets.
The results were suprisingly good. My ligs were more pronounced than ever,and I was more hung during the next day.
AFTER exercises,I took a measure,and found a slight increase in length,which means that I actually had a better pull.

| I also have a question about kegels.
How "hard" should they be? I must have a weak PC Muscle because I can barely feel any squeeze when I do a kegel. It's more than enough to stop my urine but it doesn't feel like much. I also find in the beginner's routine, I get very tired after about the 3rd rep of helicopter shakes, stretches and 25 kegels. I can barely flex my PC at all. What does that mean? Should I still do the reps of shakes and stretches even though my PC is "tired"?

Should I get one now or a little later?
I will be getting my power jelq soon and got my routine down.
But will wearing a tugger after routine help?

~ FLiNG | Do kegels as much hard as You can.Yes,after some time,Your PC muscle gets so tired it looks like You can't squeeze anymore. When You feel that,do 5 to 10 kegels more,to totally exaust it.
Do not worry about this. You have been using this muscle instinctivelly for main purposes whole life,and now You're building it stronger for the first time,just like any other muscle in Your body. You will get more strength by working it out.
Kegels exercises are carefully designed to gradually build up PC muscle. Follow them,and You will do good :)

I am 25 years old. When I was 11 a girl told me I was very small. Granted a sixth grader would not be big anyway, it stuck with me. My girlfriend, who I have been with for almost three years; her last boyfriend was apparently huge. She never had any complaints about me but I would still like to measure up so to speak.
I tried PE after finding free exercises on the web. I had two problems. First was the little red dots i got. This problem was already taken care of after reading this website. Second, I would get an erection while stretching which would make that take forever. Is there a way to avoid that?
I read JonPop's workout for newbies and I am going to try it out. I was just wondering if the contraptions are really worth it, or if i can do it on my own. It seems like this website is sponsered by the power-jelq company.

| PJ results Hello again fellas,
I wanted to direct this question to JP, Play, M Mouse, or expirenced PJer. It has been 2 weeks now maybe three, that I've been useing the Power Jelq, I stated in progress what I thought of it after 2 uses. I may have been a bit to confident in the PJ back then. Since those tirst couple of days there has been a loss of progress, specifically; no gains in flacid girth or length, yet a bit of loss in both. I have been following JP's routine but added more warm up time w/ hot wraps nearly 20 minutes and the same for cool down, I've added more streaches and kegeles only by 5 each ( this came from a post by JP informing anouther member that was asking for added routine, and both of us started the program around the same time) and thats all I've changed.
Am I doing something wrong useing the Power Jelq? I can't squeeze any harder nor can I pull any harder. Hope somebody can give me some advise on this, I don't want to keep useing the PJ device if I keep losing length and girth...

| tazzer, are you taking the recommended time off. Sounds like you are over-working. But, these things do happen. This is why so many Newbies quit. Don't try to fight through the down days, Read my Thread in this forum. "Just An Observation". Stay with my program, you will see gains. Your penis is just reacting to the exercises and getting used to what you are doing. Good luck. You will feel differently about this in a few weeks. JonPop.

I read the thread "Observations", and as a matter of fact thats one thing I didn't mention, I have been useing a 2 day on, 1 day off, 2 day on, 2 day off routine. I really didn't think I was over doing PE because I seem to have good sessions, and I am only doing 200-250 PJ, no hand jelqs. except the v- jelqs. I just thought I would at least see girth gains and not losses. I also thought i may not be doing enough, apparently I am.
I am not giving up!! Yet, I will accept that I just need to keep working at PE, take my rest time, and allow time for results. Just a bt discouraged is all.

I am usually only at about 60%, but sometimes I think I am even less erect than that and maybe sometimes up to 70%.
I had a great session today, maybe I was just having to get use to the little bit of the added parts to my routine, as JP had stated.

only stats important to me are BPEL and BPEG since when you bury the boy deep its pretty much bone pressed.
BPEL = between 6" and 7" depending on arousal

If I grow a bit in length, then so be it, but my main concern is girth. I have read and been performing JonPop's Beginner Routine and will check measurements in about 1 more month. Already I have had some read stretch marks along my shaft and red spots on my head. My pecker is getting much more vascular over the last 2 weeks of PJ'ing. All of my exercises are either with hand jelqing or with the PJ.
So far the ULI Thing and The Clamps seem very interesting, but I will wait another 3 months before giving these a try in my effort to attain girth.
