Thanks for the advice Pegasus. I have been looking into PEing for a while but I am actually dedicating myself now and it feels great. I will set up a tracking thread so i can get the full support and multiple opinions.

Well today Is the day that I'm really going to take this serious. I haven't read any articles about any loss of sensitivity or damage to penis' from PE. That was my main worry. I figure it can't hurt to try.

Stats are about 6 inches erect. Maybe 5.25 inches of girth. My goals are about 7 inches erect and 6 inches of girth.

So its memorial day today, coming next memorial day i hope to have accomplished my goal.

With any endeavor, injury in some form is always a possibility. Just don't become overly aggressive.

Hi,
im new to everything, im a fairly tall lad but i got a smallish flaccid and an average erect, its not so much the erect im worried about but the flaccid, as it doesnt help self esteem too much.

im not familiar with any of the exercises etc so if anyone could link me itd be appreciated

here are some facts about me

Height: 6'9"
Weight: 87kg
Shoe size: 17US/16UK/52EU
Penis flaccid: 3/4in
Penis erect: 6/6.5in
Girth Top/Middle/Bottom flaccid: 1in/1.2in/1.3in
Girth Top/Middle/Bottom erect: 1.5in/2in/2in

Whywait...Welcome to Betterman! You will find everything you need here to start your journey. There are allot of good people here to help too. Start with JP's Newbie Routine, read, research, ask questions. Just a suggestion, take good measurements before you start, create a progress thread. This way you can track you journey as you like. Also, don't measure after this until you have completed the Newbie Routine.

Pe can increase your penis size, both erect and flacid, length and girth.
I suggest you start on JP's 90 day newbie course.
Are you measuring girth as a circumfrence?

Whywait are you from the UK? We have many British members here. Of course time differences between our various members worldwide can be difficult. But we seem to get around it.
At 6' 9" and 190lb odd you are quite slim, there is info on weight gain on thread Pegasus.

Betterman has a wider breif than most PE sites and deals more with the whole person .

Ah yes, i am a tall man. haha. as for being from the UK, quiet the opposite, im for AUS. :) yeh im fairly slim, but not skinny, im broad and going into the forces so ive been hitting the gym, goals to get over 100kg with a good muscle definition. i have a high metabolic rate aswell, so its rather difficult for me to gain that much weight. even though i eat bucket loads. haha thanks for the quick replys guys, looks like ive finally found the potential help ive been looking forward to.

Aussie aussie oi oi oi. Actually I am an aussie also. You threw me out with the eu shoe size, but of course you live in the mid east. Younger aussies often go totaly metric, so when you said 6'9" but 87kg I thought you might be a brit. How old are you btw.

It is possible to have good increases by manual exercises and this is the correct way to start in any case.
You want to gain a lot of weight from 190 lb to 220 lb odd. Read the thread Pegasus on the exercise forum and post to it if you wish.
Good idea to start a progress thread so people can offer advice.
The senior admin on this site is called Jon Pop and he was a para in nam who knew some aussie anzacs.

haha yeh, well its tough over here, as i have to put up with a lot of brits, more than any aussie would like, which is a result of the eu and feet, but for you, 6'9", 206cm. im nearly 19. and just sick of the height with the penis size, god didnt favour me too well. im not saying im tiny, but cos im so big, it looks outta proportion, if you what i mean. and i hvnt had any complaints as such, so this is purely for self esteem and confidence, as well as piece of mind.

ah is he now, we respect to him. im hoping the world sorts its self out before there is a total WWIII, that way i wont be called upon. haha

as for the guides, im reading the beginners routine, and ashamed to say some of the teminology catches me off guard a bit, ie i dunno wtf it means. and to make matters worse, i tend to get excited a bit too fast...

which leads to me a question, as a result of these exercises and enchancements as such, have many of you found its made you, last longer as an erection as a whole, and when in the sack. cos those a 2 areas that any man would love to increase, for everyones benefit.

Yes being around a lot of Brits can be trying. I am 49y, so I can think in metric or imperial and convert as most aussies around my age can. Younger aussies of course grow up with metric, some learn to convert but most don't.
Many members want to get their dick in proportion in one manner or another.
I will answer your tek questions elsewhere, but yes, most members find increases in erection quality and stamina.

Hello Everyone.

Hello. I really like this site and it looks very helpful. I just measured it, and it was at 8 inches on the ruler as a starting point. Don't know how to measure the girth and such, but if someone can help me with that, I'd really appreciate it. I'm pretty tall ( 6''6 ), and twenty-three years old. I just want it a little bigger in girth, and length, and continue my regimen, because you guys seem pretty nice and caring for each other, no matter who they are. Is there anything I can start off in anyway. Thank you for the site, It's wonderful. Also, these are my goals. I'm really intrigued!

WB, two suggestions on measuring your girth. The first, using a piece of string or flas wrap it around the shaft, mark where the two intersect. Now take your ruler and lay out the sting or flas, where you marked will be your measurement. The second, look for a "tailor's tape"; it's used for measuring for a pair of pants or a shirt. You should be able to find it in the sewing section of a store. To measure, do the same thing, wrap it around your shaft. Where they intersect is your measurement.

Hey thanks for the welcoming Jonpop and Pegasus glad to be here. Jonpop I've been PE for about 6 months my routine was only jelqin or milking I started at 15 mins a session and moved up to 45 mins. I ran into thunders place and I learned quite a bit more bout PE but I was never able to join cause ther members was maxed. And than I ran in here and to be honest this site is simple to navigate and I can actualy join and share my experienses while PE. Hope to hear more from you guys oh and jonpop I started to focus more on manual streching and low erection jelq, I'm planing on going for lenght first than girth cause I heard its harder to gain lenght when u have bigger girth. Thxs again!

I am a newbie just starting the newbie routine after a 2 weeks of manual stretching and jeqing. I am stretching and jelqing with the PowerJelq device since I am uncut and it is a lot easier for me to do. I do my routines in a hot shower before bedtime. I stretch for about 5-10 minutes and jelq 150 times, in 3 sets of 50. After I finish, I stretch again and finish it off with Enlargel. I cant seem to grasp how to the the "V" jelq and since I want to gain length and girth, is there a video I can view on how to grip it? Anyways, I will keep you all updated!

Pegasus, I started manual stretching while I was waiting for the products to come in. I guess I bougth the Penismaster, Jelq, and Enlargel combo from and affiliate (pmdevice.com) because all I got was the device and no instructions on how to use anything. Anyways; should I do strecthing and Jelqing with the PJ 5 times a week and rest weekends or since it's more intense with the PJ, should I do it 3 times a week (m,w,f,) and rest weekends with just stretching on tuesday and thursdays? I guess i'll start 3 times a week with light stretches on tuesday thursday for a few weeks then move up to the 5 days a week. What do you think?

some questions

Hi JonPop, I read your routine on and have it printed out, but I don't understand some parts:

What exactly are helicopter shakes? When you say for a quick count of 20, do you mean 20 seconds, or 20 revolutions?

What do you mean by "Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull" ?

Also, I feel I should introduce myself a bit. I suffer from a debilitating lack of self-confidence. I'm not being cocky about this, but a lot of people have told me I'm attractive; I'm have the pretty boy look that draws both sexes (I'm straight though). But here's the thing, I'm also Asian. It is really unfair that we have this bullshit stereotype, because I've seen some of my friends' dicks and they aren't small--in fact, some are really big. Unfortunately, I'm small.

Because of this, it makes me really self-conscious, to the point that I'm afraid to get with girls. I've been in so many situations where I could have gone somewhere with it, either starting a relationship or just a hook-up, and I held back because I was afraid when it came down to us being naked, I would look like a loser. Right now, I'm really facing a massive problem. This really hot girl is into me now, but because she usually does jocks, and is clearly SEXperienced, I'm just afraid that she's gonna be so disappointed in me when we hook-up or something. I sort of remember your before/after stats, so I'm hoping you know where I'm coming from. And yes, I know I should just be confident regardless, but it's really hard to do that when you're packing such a pecker. I'm sorry if I sound like a wuss, but it's just so crippling to my confidence.

I would love to hear from you and know more of your story too. It's definitely going to be great in helping me achieve my goals. I'm not looking for something crazy, just baby-steps. I just want to move up to BPEL 6" first--at least be near the upper-end of average, and then slowly increase my goals. Nothing crazy, though I do want your kind of success eventually. That brings me to my next question, devices. I'm curious what have you personally used so far and what have you found to work? I just don't want to waste my money on crap that doesn't work. I am willing to spend (goddamn AM I WILLING TO SPEND...) if it means I can enlarge my penis safely (and not that plastic surgery crap that makes your dick dip down).

Hi guys,
For helicopter shakes just grab the base of your dick and twirl it like a helicopter blade. The purpose of this is active rest between sets of more intense work and to restore circulation.
Circle stretches are done while your dick is stretched, that is under tension you move your dick in a circle.
I usually advise a couple of months conditioning before moving to devices. They can be a great aid to pe and some swear by them ,though gains can be made without them. There are other mods here more experienced with devices, I will leave further info to them.
Jp has a very diverse pe traing background which includes the use of devices.
However he has taken leave due to illness.

Guys I suggest you start a training log.

does the daily time consistency of my routines effect my gains?

Hello! I guess I finally posted at an appropriate tread. Well my question is, if I do my routines consistently through out my week but do it at a different time everyday, will that effect my future gains or exercising buildup? I have a weird schedule so even if I wanted to do the PE routines I won't be able to do them until a different time each day. Man this got me trippn.

hello!!

how's it going guys, I'm a newbie here and just started jonpop's newbie
routine today and i think its great. I'm 22 years old, i learned about jelqing around April of 09 when i came across a tutorial on youtube. it was an African American guy explaining how to do it with a pink balloon. i tried it that week and it went good.

my problems started the following week. i warmed my pecker up and started jelqing but a big mistake i made and i mean BIG was that i didn't use lube and i used lotion for dry skin instead. Another mistake i made was i was jelqing to close to 100% and being that i was a newbie i think it put to much pressure and stress on my veins and ligaments near the base of my penis. but on my quest to grow a bigger penis i kept on jelqing and half way through the routine i started feeling pain on the left side of my penis around the base. The pain did not go away and made me stop jelqing. I then jumped in the shower to cool off but my penis was hurting and it didnt have that pumped up look it usually did the week before i was done jelqing. the next day the pain was still there and the remainder of the week. worried i damaged something i went to the doctor and he gave me some pain killers.

The pain was less about a month later. but i had to stop jelqing because of it. about two months later i came across this website when i was googling jelqing injuries. I started reading peoples stories and how nice and helpful everyone was i became a member. I lost interest in jelqing until about a week ago this year when i saw a ad on jelqing and sighned in again here.

i gathered as much info as i could and started my first day today on jonpop's routine. i followed his routine step by step and went as slow as possible and at about 50% erection. I don't feel much pain but i do feel a lil discomfort on the left side of the base of my penis were i felt the pain a year ago it may just be sore from today's workout . Does anyone feel any discomfort around the base??? i want to keep on jelqing but i don't want to permanently damage something. Any advise or similar story's would be greatly appreciated. First day and now that I have tried a full session of the 6 week beginner guide I have a few questions..
1) Instead of using a towel to warm down after my exercises would it be fine to take a hot shower/bath? Or should i use a towel and wrap no matter what?
2)Do i need to follow the jelqing exactly as described? ex. (While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base. when half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft) I have seen videos where one hand is continuously holding the shaft at the bottom while the other hand milks to the head.

my last question is just a matter of hand posture. I have always seen demonstrations of the "OK" grip with palm face down... Does it make a difference if i exercise with the palm face up? Thanks in advance.. Will post measurements/goals later tonight when I have time

Hey All -
Ok, I signed up last week and have had 1 full week on the routine. First, to give you my starting vitals.

BPEL : 6.0 inches
PEG : 5.5 inches

BPFL : 4.25
PFG : 3.75

I've started on the Newbie routine and the first week went fine with no problems..I also started taking the recommended supplements. Obviously, after the 1st week I didn't expect to see any changes and for the most part I haven't, although I was surprised to see that my flaccid girth went up from 3.75 to 4.00..is this possible or did I measure wrong. It even looks a little wider when flaccid, but that might be my mind wanting to see that.

In terms of goals, I would really like to get to 7.00 inches erect..more would be better obviously, but I really have that 7 inch goal in mind and a girth of 6 inches would be great. I'm going to start keeping a log and I'll give updates as I go along.

Hi,
im completely new to jelqing, i only found out about it earlier today. I started JP's beginner routine today and had a couple of questions. After i finished the routine(and up til now, about 8hrs later) i have a slight discomfort around the base of my dick, not really painful more of a constant awareness of the area. is this the desired effect, or am i doing something wrong?

Currently my EL is right at 5in flat.
as far as FL/FG/EG im not really sure, ill do some measuring tomorrow.

Id like to set a short term goal of .5in increase in EL, but a ultimate goal of 7in. I definately want to gain girth as well, but since i have no idea what my baseline is ill make a short/long term goal as i get the measurements.

Are these goals unrealistic when using these techniques?

I spent most of the day after my 1st session of the routine reading as much as i could on these forums and have noticed a great helpful community of like minded people. Ive always been a bit self conscious of my below average length and am eager to take control and change that. I understand this is a long term system but the gains are permanent. Im 25 so i still have plenty of time to devote to my overall gains. Are there any tips anyone can offer me on my PE journey?

Hi everyone

Im new here, i only just stumbled over this website the other day as i want a bigger knob

I have had a little read through the big thread about jelqing so i will give this a go and see where it takes me

my erect length is 5 inches
my girth is 4.5

ideally, i want to get to 7 inches in length and 6 in girth and then see if im happy with it

im 22 years old

any help would be appreciated
