I'm going to try your routine.I've been hand jelqing now for about 3 weeks and i've noticed some blood spots on the helmet is this normal

Yes, of all things, these are called Newbie spots. You can prevent these by proper warming up and warming down. Two days rest usually makes them go away. Even veteran PE'rs get these when they go too hard or don't do the warming. Please post your stats. JP

Hi Jonpop.
Here are my stats
LOT 6
BPFL 5.25
FL 4.5
FL BASE GIRTH 4.5

BPE 6.0 (i seem to have lost a bit here?)
E BASE GIRTH 5.75


I've been hand jelqing about 3 weeks now with stretching included.I exercise just before i get in the bath from work so theres no worries about warming down (yes i warm up first). I wet jelq between 50 & 100 per hand plus stretches.I must admit from above it does look abit veinner (hope thats spelt right )and it seems to alittle thicker. Been doing kegels for the same amount of time, but i've been doing between 250 & 300 per day.I can't wait to recieve the pj to start using that in stead of the hands (which are alittle rough, ouch).
The targets i'd like to reach are:-
length 8 to 9 inch erect
girth 6 to 7 inch erect
plus i want my helmet wider than my girth
Are all these targets possible with the power jelqer?

Hey NEWBE, yes, I know about rough hands. Been in the construction business for years. and I agree, OUCH. If it hurts to do hand jelqing, make sure that you do the "V" jelqs. These shouldn't be useing the rough part of your hands. These are great for Glans Girth. When your PJ arrives, don't try and pull your dick off:D
Start with about 100, slow, easy stretches of about 3 to 4 seconds. Easy squeeze at base to start. As you learn about the device, you will know what your penis can tolarate and you will be able to set your own routine. Still do the rest of the routine, ie. Warm up, manual stretching, Helicopter shakes, "V" jelqs, PJ and warm down. (When you can and on a day when your hands aren't so rough try and throw in as many wet jelqs as you can.) Good Luck. JP

Hey my starting stats are as follows:

Erect Length - 6"
Erect Base Girth - 4.5"

My goals are to get my erct length up to at least 8" and my girth to around 6-6.5". I just started the beginners routine 2 days ago and I don't know if it is my imagination but afterwards, my pecker looks like ti is on steroids it is so veiny. Also, for about 10-15 minutes after I get done, even limp my pecker still seems to be loaded with blood. Is this normal? Good Luck to everyone else out there.

Hi. Marty here been lurking for awhile. decided to finally post.
I have been PEing for about 3 months now. Sorry but did not
take accurate measurements when i started. But after measuring the other day. i was 7.5 bpel erect and 5.5 girth. I use the power jelq about 4 to 5 times a week for about 200 reps. i warm up using a heating pad.
do some light stretching. i also take the supplements that jonpop has recommended. I have also made my own home made version of the penismaster/maxextender, just been using that for a couple of days now. This must be working because the mrs can feel a difference. just thought i would post to say hi and thanks for this great site. i do have pics of the device i made. hopefully the attachment will work.

Great to see a post from you and hope to see more.
Only 2 things to comment on, in your post. 1. and this is only a suggestion, found that moist heat ie. hot washcloth, is much better for warm up and warm down. 2. You need to do some hand jelqs and V jelqs for girth.
Your faux PM is kinda neat, but the ring next to the pubic bone looks uncomfortable. How does it feel? How long do you wear it at a time?

It can be uncomfortable in certain positions..... trying to find something to pad it with. maybe some weather stripping or something like it. Have only had it about 2 days right now. have worn it for about 2 hours max. I do let hot water hit my penis for about 5 mins or so before i start my pjing routine. but will do more moist heating. Hoping for the best.

thanks, did make a minor change to it... added some padding to the base where it hits the pubic bone. so it is a little more comfortable now.
and i forgot. my goals in my first post. i hope to get to 9x6. My LOT is 6 o'clock. so i am working up and out.

A Lot of Questions

Hi all,
I have been looking into things for PE for a while now. I have even tried enzyte before without really being satisfied (it gets you hard as a rock but doesn't really achieve any physical gains in length or girth)

I have looked over JonPop's workout routine and have browsed through many other topics trying to learn the lingo and learn the workout routines but still find myself with many questions. Hopefully yall can help.
Questions:
-when you mention holding your penis right below the "glans," where is that exactly?

-I have looked through the kegal exercises but don't understand what yall are referring to when you say "PC muscle."

-Also are gains made by jelq'ing permanent or will you lose them if you have to stop for a period of time before starting your full workout back?

-Also what do BPEL/BPFL mean?

-Last question! I am thinking of ordering PJ soon, which i have seen many say that it helps add mostly girth before it does length. Is there a PE strecthing device that actually works and yall would back that i can order and use comfortable and conviently?

Thanks guys for helping me out. I will start a dedicated jelq workout soon and will post my stats before I start, and I appreciate any advice or help.

P.S. Are there any places that show almost like "instructions" on some of the workouts? Because I am not fimilar with many of them when yall mention them in the forums. thanks again

The Glans is the Head of your Penis.

The Kegel exercise is the muscle you squeeze to stop the flow of Urin when you are peeing. When you contract this muscle, you are doing a Kegel. (See Playtimers post in this forum, "Kegels Exercises.)

Yes, these gains are permanent. And you want to stop for a period of time between exercise periods to let your penis heal and grow. I, myself just had a 2 week period away from PE'ing and found when I resumed, that I'd had a 1/4" length gain. cool huh?

-Also what do BPEL/BPFL mean?

BPEL or Bone Pressed Erect Length is the way PE'rs measure to chart gains. Ruler, pressed against the Pubic bone to tip of Penis. BPFL or Bone Pressed Flacid Length is not really important, as your "Hang" is what you (or anyone else) sees and should be measured only against the skin of your groin.

Hi to all from me in the UK...

Wow, what a superb forum you blokes have here... Jeez, how Ive been suffering many of the ever increasing BS websites out there for several years now, trying to get my head around much of the contradictory info, only to find that whichever website I was currently browsing was just preparing me to be convinced to buy their new wonder pill or potion... I have been reading this forum as a guest for a week or so now, I really enjoy reading such honest and informed opinions and advice.... Nice...

Untill reading your forums I always thought the only real tried and tested guaranteed solution would ultimately have to be surgery, seems I was wrong, and Im really glad I was wrong.

I'm not sure if I'm going to be a regular poster here, but I'll certainly try and join in when appropriate...

Anyways, where am I at.. Well, a few months ago I started out with a really cruddy cheapo vacuum pump, trying to improve the length on my 2.5" flaccy / 6" happy... I have now realised that, although it's quite fun using the pump, it wasn't really having any lasting effect (actually, no effect at all) And so, A couple of weeks ago I purchased a Max-xtender device. I ordered it from the US as they cost 4x as much here in the UK. It's been great reading others comments about the maxextender, luckilly though, I am one of those who does not find it too uncomftable to use... I'm easilly wearing it for about 1 to 2 hours a day, and my wife thinks it great too. I'm already noticing changes in size, well, sort of, but not sure if that's just down to my little mate getting a bit angry with me (swelling in anger during the early stages? Does this happen?) But, I'm convinced this maxtender thing is really starting to have an effect as the flaccid length remains whatever Im doing, it no longer seems to want to hide away like it used to when it got really cold, or bored, lol.. Yahoooo..

Wahhhhhh, gawd I've rambled on summat aint I, sorry... Only meant to do this first post as a quick "Hello" to you all... I'll finish for now... Again, thanks for allowing me to join your wonderful forum...

haha..finally my stats

LOT = 6:00 (and after reading JP's routine and explanation of LOT...kinda feel like i'm starting with an uphill battle)

BPFL = 3.5"
BP flacid girth = 4.5"

BPEL = 5.75"
BP erect girth = 5.5"

Aight...as of now..i'm only hand jelq in the shower. I think I'll order PJ soon...and i'm looking for a relatively affordable extender to go along with it. I have to keep in mind while i'm doing this that i'm new to this and it'll take some time to get the exercise right and the routine done correctly before i see results. However I've been hand jelq in the shower for 4 days, and need to go re look at JP's beginners routine. Any advice for my stats that will help me better...also i am going to buy those vitamins which were posted. Once i hit BPEL = 6.5" I will be happy. Thanks again for the help.

Post your stats and routine, when you decide on one, in the "Progress Tracking" forum.

Good starting girth. Sure you will find some good exercises to build both length and girth here. The PJ will help for sure. As for stretching, I use the MaxXtender. Some members use the Penimaster, but it is a little more money. Also, you can use the PJ as a stretching device as well.

hey mighty,

i start off stretching:

with holding my penis at the glans and stretching to the 3/6/12/9/directly out posistions for 20 sec in each direction.

i then do helicopter rotations

followed by same stretching in all directions cept this time i do 10/15 kegels while i am stretching in whichever direction.

followed by another helicopter rotation.

**note..this is while i am in the shower so my ligs are also stretched out with the warm water**

Workout:

CoolDown: I have seen how much yall have emphazied stretching out your penis after the workout to avoid injury. So I:
Stretch holding right under my glans just as i do when i'm warming up. followed by one set of helicopter rotation.

I understand this isn't much to the vertan jelqers but i'm just starting out and after reading some post, I didn't want to over work and injury my penis.

Mighty...what's the site for the maxextender? Also, does it work just as well as the PeniMaster?

I have one more question. The V grip strethes. I'm not exactly sure how those are done. If someone could dummy proff the explanation for it, i would appreciate it. Also, after reading Play's stats post, I am not sure if i am doing the bone-pressed length measurements correctly. The way I am measuring is holding a ruler against the almost 90 degree angle made with the top of the base of my penis to the skin on your lower torso(where your pubs 'would' be, for all you non trimmers out there)

I know I am asking a ton of questions but from reading yall's responses I feel comfortable asking them. Thanks again
