Arrow Kegels Exercises

Once You start with beginner's routine JonPop posted,You will need a good Kegel exercises to add strength to Your penis.
Kegels will make Your penis stronger,Your erections will be firmer,and You will be long-lasting during sex.

Here are some good kegel exercises I found,so You might want to give them a try :

Kegels for Beginners

The following exercises are simple, effective and very easy to do. These exercises will allow you to build up your PC muscle strength before tackling our intermediate exercises.


Beginner Kegels Exercise I: Urine Flow Pause

Every time you go to the restroom and begin to urinate, stop your urine stream midway and hold it in for as long as you can. Then release, allowing your urine stream to flow freely once again. Repeat several times (at least 5) during each visit to the restroom.


Beginner Kegels Exercise II: Quick Clenches

Quickly clench and unclench your PC muscle for a 10 second period - then take a 10 second break. Repeat 3 times. Note: Each clench may last only a second or less. Just do as many clenches as you can in a 10 second period of time, then stop. Perform three sets of 10 second clenches, then take a 30 second break. Perform (3) 30 second intervals each day. If you are unable to do this many clenches, do as many as you can before your muscle tires out. Each day, strive to do more clenches than the day before. Most beginners are unable to hold a clench for more than 1 or 2 seconds, so this is a great way to effectively build strength for future exercises which require a longer hold.


Beginner Kegels Exercise III: Penis Lifts

In a seated or lying position, attempt to move/lift your penis by flexing your PC muscles. If you are naked, you should see the penis move in some way (most noticeable in semi-erect or fully erect states). However, you do not need to be naked in order to perform this exercise and you do not need to have an erection. Whether you're sitting at home or at work, you can perform this exercise simply by flexing your PC muscles, which will cause your penis to move (or attempt to move). Try to hold the flex for as long as you can each time. Repeat this exercise throughout the day, every single day, as often as you like.

Intermediate Kegels Exercises

Once you've acquired an adequate amount of strength in your PC muscles, you can step up to our Intermediate PC Exercises. These exercises are guaranteed to take you to the next level of PC strength and sexual improvement.


Intermediate Kegels Exercise I: Basic PC Squeezes

Gradually tighten your PC muscles over a count of five. Then, hold these muscles tight for a count of five and then slowly release them for a count of five to complete the rep (that's a total of 15 seconds per rep). Begin with 10 reps per day and gradually increase to as many as 50 reps per day.

Once you are capable of doing the 50 rep routine, you can scale down your workout. While you want to exercise your PC regularly, you can shift to a maintenance plan. Your maintenance program may consist of 20 reps, 1 - 2 times each day. If at any point sexual enjoyment or your erection strength begins to subside, resume the 50 rep exercise. Remember, you can perform these exercises while watching TV, going to the bathroom or driving to work, so squeeze them in whenever you get a chance.


Kegels Exercise II: Short Squeezes

This exercise is similar to Intermediate Kegels Exercise I; however, you are focusing on shorter, quicker squeezes. Rather than holding the squeeze for a count of 5 each time, hold for a count of 2 (for a total of 6 seconds per rep). Begin with 20 reps per day and gradually increase to as many as 100 reps per day.


Kegels Exercise III: Long, Slow Squeezes

Warm up with a set of 30 short squeezes (1 - 2 seconds each), then tighten as hard and as deeply as you possibly can. When you cannot squeeze any deeper, hold where you are for 20 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

After 4 - 6 weeks of daily exercising, you should be able to do this squeeze and hold exercise for at least 1 - 2 minutes at a time, perhaps longer. This particular exercise will give you absolute rock hard erections and the control to last as long as you want in bed. Eventually, work your way up to 10 sets of 2 minute long holds. It may sound like a lot now, but you'll be amazed at how quickly you can build up to that level of strength.


Kegels Exercise IV: The PC Step Workout

This exercise simply involves tightening and relaxing your PC muscle in short steps, or increments. Begin to tighten your PC, hold, then tighten more, hold, a little more, hold, then tighten all that you possibly can and hold. Hold this for 20 seconds, then relax a little bit, hold, relax a little bit more, hold, relax a little more, hold, then finally release the rest. Do this 5 times without resting in between reps.

Advanced Kegels Exercises

Once you've mastered the intermediate exercises, you may want to give Advanced Kegels Exercises a try.

Advanced Kegels Exercise I: The PC Burn

Begin to tighten your PC muscle very slowly. Tighten so slowly that it takes 3 minutes to completely tighten the muscle. At some point, you will feel that you can no longer tighten your PC, but keep going. Go beyond where you think you can go. Keep tightening until your PC begins to burn. Hold very tightly at that point, and breathe very slowly and deeply for 30 seconds. At the end of 30 seconds, tighten your PC even more, continually trying to push yourself. When the burning becomes uncomfortable, release your hold and immediately do 20 PC squeezes. Perform once daily.


Advanced Kegels Exercise II: The PC Pressure Flex

This exercise must be done in private, as it is not as inconspicuous as our other Kegels exercises.


You will need an erection for this exercise; however, a lubricant is not required unless you need it to jelq yourself to an erection.


Once you have a full erection, grasp your penis midway up the shaft. Use your whole hand, gripping with all fingers. Flex your PC muscle and hold for approximately two seconds. Apply medium, constant pressure to your penis with your gripping hand. You will feel some resistance, since you are containing the blood in the penis. Your penis will also want to rise, but keep it in one place. You are applying pressure against both functions of the PC muscle - blood movement and erection rigidity.


Begin with a set of ten repetitions. This should take approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on how long you pause between flexes. Do as many sets of ten as you can until you can no longer flex against resistance.


Gradually work your way up to more and more repetitions. If you feel like you're ready for a new challenge, you may want to apply more pressure downwards (not squeezing harder, but pushing down against your PC muscle). The advanced PC exercise should not take more than 3 to 5 minutes total. Perform once daily. You can alternate this daily exercise with the Kegel Burn if you like, or perform both exercises each day.

I've worked up to about 500 short squeezes a day, getting stronger day by day. These are excellent for the PE vet or beginner!

hey,
interesting workout info.
One question though....when you mention the PC muscle, that is the muscle that you use to make your penis jump correct? It may sound stupid asking but I have seen some post with instructions to squeeze your PC muscle with your hands (maybe i read it wrong). That is why I was asking...I'm a noob..so expect a lot of dumb questions before i get into the 'swing' of things

Hey noob, Yeh that's correct. And doing these exercises will really make it jump. As far as squeezing the PC muscle with your hands...Don't want to go there because you would have to insert your hand up your BUTT:D Looking forward to your stats. It means that You should do 3 times/day. Each clenches exercise should last 30 seconds.
So,it's 3x30 seconds/day.
Please note that it's reccomended to begginers who never did any kind of PE before,and this exercise should only strenghten PC muscle enough to start Penis Enlargement program.
If You have some experience already,You should move to advanced exercises.

I´ve been doind Kegels exercises irregularly for many years. I´ve always found it difficult to do exercises where the results aren´t readily obvious, but I´ve also always known that the PC-muscle is the alpha and omega in a strong hard-on on and powerful ejaculations.
After doing the beginner routine and growing bored with it quickly, I adopted a routine more suited to a workout fanatic like myself:
At a certain point, your muscle (whichever muscle it may be) will no longer benefit from isometric exercises. You won´t get prize-winning biceps by flexing your guns in front of the mirror for hours on end; at some ponit you´ll have to grab a barbell or dumbell and crank out some reps. That´s where the "penis lifts" and "the PC pressure flex" routines come in. You WILL need to do the other exercises, both to prepare your PC-muscle for these workouts and for the all-important muscle-control during sex!!!!!

The routine I do now-adays will probably be classified as "advanced" so I urge you not to jump to this exercise right away. Get to know your PC-muscle first!
I get a good solid erection (through whatever means necessary - although I do stay away from drugs), I squeeze my PC-muscle maximally and slowly bend my dick downwards with my hand. Still squeezing my PC-muscle, I allow my dick to get back to its regular position. I wait about 30 seconds between reps and do about 5-10 reps at a time. This routine has in a matter of a few weeks given me the results I was looking for: An erection that doesn´t point straight out from my body, but points to the ceiling (besides giving me more powerful ejaculations). But remember: My PC-muscle was already in good shape before I started ;-)

Do you mean you push your dick down so that your whole penis points towards the floor, or do you physically "bend" your penis into an angle or something? I'm curious about trying this...

hey playtimer,

I hate doing kegals,

i don't know why its just one of them things that i really don't enjoy doing. I used to do them alot and noticed that i really had great control over my penis. It was great it made me feel like a sex god.

But now i just can't be bothered. Could you please give me some tips on what best to do to still work the pc muscle but without much effort?]

Everytime I flex my PC muscle, my "anus muscle" flexes too. Everytime I HOLD the contraction of my PC muscle, my "anus muscle" holds its contraction too so when I release my PC muscle, the "anus muscle" releases too.

Is this how it works?

In fact, I can feel the flex of my "anus muscle" more than my PC. When I try to hold the contraction of my PC muscle, it comes to a point when I feel that ONLY my "anus muscle" is being held and that the PC has been released already.

Will anyone please enlighten me? I'm not quite sure with what I'm doing. Thanks a lot!

Just continue flexing and holding. This may take awhile, but over time you will feel that your BC muscle is getting stronger than your anus muscle. This is true for any muscle in your body. So don't be in a rush!! This will take some time.

Just continue flexing and holding. This may take awhile, but over time you will feel that your BC muscle is getting stronger than your anus muscle. This is true for any muscle in your body. So don't be in a rush!! This will take some time.

I am a little confused. The pc muscle surrounds the anus, I can't imagine how it couldn't compress it when excercised. Though I can also feel a contraction in the area between the testicles and the anus.

This excersize can be utilized when masturbating. When you are right at the edge of cumming flex your pc and try to hold off the release of cum. This will also help with training yourself for edging.

hey guys,

I used to chat on this ite quite a lot but have not really done anything since september. My number one aim now is to increase my pc muscle because recently i have found it difficult in the bedroom department for some unkown reason.

I really want to get back into the act of things. Obviously training teh pc muscle is the most imp[ortrant thing.

I've haerd that flexing your pc muscle whilst having a butt plug (i know sounds horrible) in your ass makes the excersise more beneficial, can any one help me on this or give me any further advice, cheers

I believe they are totally safe. There have been some postings here from people who attribute their new problems with premature ejaculation and things like that to their having started kegel exercises, but I am very skeptical. Kegels are widely recommended by doctors and sex therapists for both men and women. They are almost always recommended to women after childbirth to help restore vaginal muscle tone and to reduce incontinence. Also for older women with incontinence problems. Recommended for men to improve the intensity of orgasms.

Kegels are, in my opinion, the safest exercise you can do relating to your penis. Like pleaser said, the people who complain of problems because of Kegels must have something more serious going on. Just because you start exercising your arms doesn't mean you have to start clocking every person you see on the street. Correlation does not imply causation.

Once we are talking about Kegels, will someone enlighten me more on how to do 'reverse Kegels'. I find that when I try to push out, the strain is more in my tummy and on the inguinal rings than in the penis. Should one feel or see anything in the penis while doing reverse Kegels? Is it good to alternate Kegels with reverse Kegels - going from one to the other?

Just push like you would push when trying to expel urine. You don't really see anything happening with the penis. As for alternating, it's really up to you but it sounds like a good idea.

I started to Stop Kegals for a little While. I was Out of State a few Weeks ago, & Had 2 "Handle My Biz" N the Bathroom Which I Cant Stand not Having "HomeCourt" Advantage. So When I went to Get Up, Mind you this is about a week or so after I got Deep into PEing. Went 2 Get Up & looked Down & Seen Cum Hanging out of My LilMan. I thought I bursted, or Ruptured Something. I did Less Kegals After Skipped a day or So I think,Then Got back wit it....Slowly Though.....Then, I came On here Again "BetterMan" Seen A Guy Say Something Similiar Happened to Him. To LongRun... I have heard of this and i know for a fact that it is nothing to be concerned about. Sometimes some jizz gets caught somewhere in your tract and when you take a dump the pressure against this area can release some of it. There is definitely a scientific name for this but i can't remember what it is. I believe your Kegels and this to be unrelated, but i could be wrong.

Question: How long must someone practice these Kegel exercises to go from Beginner to Expert?
I have just started them, but i am curious how much work this takes so i can start thinking about adjusting my workout a bit.

Thanx Revo, Glad you put that "could Be Wrong" In there. I've never seen that before I Started Doing PE. So I think it is Related. Also, a few days ago I Received a HandJob. While she was giving me the treatment I figured hey, Why not Try to practice a little PE. I held back awhile & did a few kegels in between. Heres the Crazy part, Somehow I figure I'd Try HOLDING a Kegel When I was about to Burst. Big Mistake I think, even though Some say its a good Practice. Now, ever since that night when I piss It feels funny. I figured it would go away soon, but its been a couple days or so Now. Least I hope it goes away,lol. Has ANYONE Experienced this? Or Something close 2 it?

Yes. it's called a strain. The only thing that clears this up is rest. Don't do anything with your pecker for the next 3 or 4 days, no masturbating, PE or sex. This will clear up if you keep your hands off. JP

Wow, Well I been PEing off & On for a day here & There Since it happened. Does that Nclude Kegels? No PE for 3-4 days Damn. I was tryna get a Routine Down Pat. Guess "DownTime" It is. It feels like My line is Clogged up or Suttin. Was about to Choke'em a bit Till he Coughed up to try & Clear the lines or Something. I will let him be though. Thanx

Hey LongRun I aint trying to be an asshole because I damn sure aint another Edgar Albert Poe either but it sure as hell is hard to understand what the hell you just wrote here man. I feel like Im reading some of that rap shit they play on the radio. No offense to anybody but I hate that rap shit man.
