Soul/Influence?

I was watching a forensics show on the Tube. I pondered of how the Soul ,which in my opinion, is what enables Life to begin in Matter, in which all intelligent living things have.
How could it be so malignant as to become a predator of mankind. An example, serial killers, bringers of genocide etc. I was thinking even these men have Souls, hence they are alive. Yet, since a Soul is pure in innocents. These men must have a 'Cancerous Soul'. As with Cancered cells they are still a living cell, just mutated from the original form. I was thinking what would you call a Cancered Soul. I find the name Influence to hold true for a name. So in my opinion, the World is inhabited by Souls and Influence, as suffering and atrocities escalate on the Earth, so does the Influence. From the stories I have watched on Tube of the extreme Influenced people. They display a need for pain and suffering, which in a form, is sustainence for them. Unfortuneately, the need is never satisfied. So the hunger is never ending, until self-destruction is achieved.
Through the mutation of Souls, the Influence grows. Becoming more prevalent in Human Society. Hopefully, Society can stop the Influence from completely enveloping the Earth. Ironically, it's almost like the fantasy movie - Lord of the Rings.
