Well let me just tell you that you're wrong.I have nothing to gain by writing this but you do.What I mean by pe is simple; kegals,jelqs and stretches.No pumps, or horseblocks or ullies or whatever else some do.Hell I don't even know what those things are!No I don't spend 20-30 minutes at a time doing it either.I do either jelqs or stretches whenever I have a spare 2 or 3 minutes.It might add up to 20 minutes a day.
